This home was our very first house rental on the island. We have been visiting for a few summers now and have only done hotels in the past. This year we wanted more space and to be able to invite a few friends as it was our son's 23rd golden birthday. The house was extremely clean and updated. The owners were very responsive with any questions as well. From beach towels, to bikes, to coolers, the house had everything we needed. We loved calling this house our home for the week and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a house rental!

Everything about this house was exactly as advertised. It was new, clean, comfortable, close enough to walk to town, and had an amazing back yard! The kitchen was well-stocked with some really nice touches, like condiments, paper products, coffee filters, and more. The owners were helpful and responsive. We loved everything and would certainly return! Thanks for a wonderful week.

We could not say enough great things about this house - great home layout overall and perfect room set up with a king, queen and two twin beds. The kid basics like pack and play, high chair, toddler railing etc made things really easy too. Having the living room off of the kitchen was great for evening hang outs while the kids slept. The backyard is definitely large especially for being walking distance to town and had lots of activities. Less than a 20 minute walk to town which was perfect for walks into town with the kids and not having to drive into town but also so close to so many beaches without dealing with town traffic. Thanks for a wonderful stay - will definitely be back!

My family of four absolutely loved this home! It was very clean, very well stocked, and in a perfect location for a short walk to town and the bike trail. The backyard was a nice retreat and the layout worked perfectly for us and our two teenaged daughters. We have rented many summer homes over the years (on the Cape, Martha's Vineyard, and in Europe), and this home was one of our favorites. Great communication with the owners too. We will definetely be back.

The owners could not have been better/more accommodating. They provided everything you could possibly need. Great location—easy walking to town and all the great shops & restaurants. Our granddaughter loved your spacious backyard.

Our Family vacation at this home was outstanding.
Owners have provided all the comforts of home including comfy beds, big bath towels, beach towels, toys, and bikes! We traveled with an 11 month old and even he had great sleep in the provided playpen! Walk to town is only 10 minutes. I rate this rental home a 10 out of 10!

This was a last-minute rental and Jennifer and Erik could not have been more accommodating. The house is in terrific shape, very clean, and fully stocked. We did not have to bring anything. The bikes are an added bonus for sure. It's an easy walk into town with access to plenty of restaurants and shops. A great experience overall.

Adorable nantucket rental ! We went here for my birthday and had a great trip. Location is perfect! 5-10 min walk to town for shopping and dinner, 10 min Uber ride to surf side beach. Rental had everything we needed for our vacation. Beds were comfy and house was clean, can't wait to stay again. Thank you Jennifer and Erik!

My family had a wonderful time at this lovely cottage across from the windmill! The house had plenty of space for my two teenaged sons, me and my husband. Comfortable beds, reliable AC (needed this Summer!), and WiFi. Great backyard to play corn hole, grill, and relax. The kitchen and house are well equipped, and the location of the house is perfect for walking into town and for quick drives to the grocery store and beaches. Definitely recommend!

We just spent a week at Jennifer and Erik's house in Nantucket and had a blast! They thought of all the details from tons of extra sheets, towels, and kitchen gear to all of the beach stuff you could need. The location was probably our favorite part. You are really across the street from the windmill and can walk downtown in 10 mins or so, but you are far enough to be able to hit the south shore beaches in 10 mins as well. The huge grassy backyard was awesome for the kids too. 5 stars.

This house is perfectly located! The bike path is across the street providing easy access to Surfside beach, Stop and Shop, Pi Pizza, Cisco Brewery and the Martha Mitchel Observatory (just to name a few). It's also a short walk to town via Pleasant Street.

The house is well cared for, very clean, and uncluttered. The bed linens and towels are of high quality. The large backyard has a private eating area with room for six. The area is perfect for relaxing, having dinner or a morning cup of coffee. The house comes with bikes which worked well for us.

The owners were excellent to work with. I highly recommend this home.

This house was perfect for our father's day weekend stay on Nantucket with our two kids. The house is spotless and has everything you need. The owners have thought of every detail! The backyard is great for the kids to play in. The house is a quick 7-10 minute walk to town (and even quicker to the Stop & Shop if you need supplies!) but if you want to take an uber, they are readily available. We will definitely be staying here again!

I spent the weekend in Nantucket with girlfriends and we did everything I absolutely LOVE. We rode the bikes that are included with the house from Jetties' to Millies, Cisco Brewery and beyond- we went all over the island and still had time to shop, eat at some of the best restaurants and relax at the cozy cottage. Before going out, we enjoyed cocktails at the outdoor dining area watching the rabbits roam the large yard - perfect for bocce and other lawn games. The beds were very comfortable with wonderful linens, a clean bathroom, and the kitchen was fully loaded. We didn't need to bring anything. The cottage is centrally located so walking distance to town and the ferry. Our host was helpful in sharing where to eat, buy libations and get a yummy light breakfast. We can't wait to come back and use all the beach gear they have. The host, Jen, is easy to communicate with and ask questions to plan your stay. Very hospitable.

My Friends and I rented this AMAZING Nantucket home for a long weekend. It was more than perfect as it was not only clean and cozy but incredibly comfortable sleeping with wonderful decor, a large backyard, outdoor shower! Just short walk to town and easy bike ride to the beaches. We had Such a blast biking around from beaches to breweries and amazing restaurants and easy walk to town for dinner.
It was the perfect location and I would happily rent again! Thank you Jennifer and family!
