Leave your car at home as this little gem is located on upper Main Street and easy and scenic walking distance to Nantucket’s downtown, shops, restaurants, and the harbor while easily accessible to Madaket Road, all the historic district has to offer and easy access to The Wave free transportation. BUT if you decide to bring your car I will do my best to get advanced auto reservations for you to coincide with your weeks! Beach lovers are just 1 mile from world famous Steps Beach and 1.2 miles from Jetties Beach. Rent bikes and explore the island from this fabulous location- less than a 10 minute bike ride to Steps, Jetties or Childrens Beaches.<br /> <br /> This quaint townhouse feels roomier than it looks and has recently been updated to rent and includes central air conditioning & heat, WIFI, comfortable interiors, well appointed cozy kitchen with counter seating for five and small bistro table, private back patio with teak furniture and gas grill. Private back patio has comfortable seating perfect for casual al fresco dining and grilling and the front yard has adirondack chairs -a peaceful spot to read & relax. Washer and dryer, flat screen tvs, internet and outdoor shower. First floor consists of bright and cozy living room, eat in kitchen with sliding glass door to back brick patio and bathroom with shower. Upstairs are two bright and comfortable bedrooms with two new Serena & Lily beds, one King and one Queen! Upstairs bathroom consists of a full bath with shower/tub combination. Each bedroom has its own AC/Heat splitter. Basement Lower level offers comfortable seating and/or sleeping in a new cozy sleeping alcove with a full bed as well as a Queen sleeper sofa. 75" flat screen tv perfect for movie night, teens or young adult children love this room! Furnishings new 2025. All sheets, bedding and towels are new 2025. New washer, dryer, fridge and oven. All dishes, glassware, pots and pans, cutlery etc new 2025.
