This quaint townhouse has recently been updated to rent and includes central air conditioning & heat, WIFI, comfortable interiors, well appointed cozy kitchen with counter seating for five and small bistro table, private back patio with teak furniture and gas grill. Cute patio is newly fenced in and has comfortable seating perfect for casual al fresco dining and grilling. Washer and dryer, flat screen tvs, internet and new outdoor shower! First floor consists of bright and cozy living room, eat in kitchen with sliding glass door to back brick patio and bathroom with shower. Upstairs are two bright and comfortable bedrooms and a full bath with shower/tub combination. Two upstairs bedrooms consisting of a king size bed and second bedroom has a queen bed and both have AC. Lower level offers comfortable seating and/or sleeping (pull out sofa) with 75'' flat screen tv perfect for movie night, teens or young adult children as well as a cozy sleeping alcove with a full size bed. All sheets, bedding and towels are brand new this season. New washer, dryer, fridge and oven. All dishes, glassware, pots and pans, cutlery etc new this year.

    Amazing rental!

    I stayed at this property for a weekend getaway and absolutely loved it! This home is great, and was able to accommodate our group of 5 comfortably. The outside patio is a lovely oasis to sit out, and enjoy coffee or a meal. The location is perfect for walking into town as well as an easy commute away from the beach and grocery store. The coastal chic decor immerses you immediately into the Nantucket lifestyle when you walk in.

    The host, Birdie, was very quick to respond to any questions and thought of everything to ensure a smooth and relaxing stay for her guests.

    What is special about this property?
    Recently purchased, this home is getting some much needed TLC in the form of a new outdoor shower, new cedar fence, teak patio furniture, new indoor furnishings, new appliances and linens etc! It is a great townhome in a fabulous location- walking to town is lovely and it is just far enough to be away from the crowds but close enough to access everything! Leave your car at home and walk, bike or take the Wave!
