Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Two primary bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms make this the perfect house for friends and family to spend time together. Perfect for families who like to walk (five minutes) down the sandy path that arrives at the beach between Surfside and Fisherman's.

A large living room with a dining room table that seats ten leads out to a beautiful deck with additional dining and seating. Plenty of bedrooms and three unique living rooms allow for playtime and quiet. Family friendly house, great for multigenerational gatherings. The kitchen is fully stocked with gourmet cooking equipment, ice maker, wine fridge, microwave and gas Viking stove. Bikes are available for the two-mile adventure to town.

The first floor has a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, private bathroom ensuite, and a deck. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms each with a queen bed, and access to the first floor deck. There is an additional room with two twin beds and a sixth bedroom with bunkbeds. Bedrooms are spacious, with closets, a chair and dresser.

There are two additional dens, one for quiet reading and the other for watching TV. There is a tv in both primary bedrooms.

Additional features are a large lawn with lots of yard games, outdoor seating, high speed internet, full cable, beach chairs, plush towels, nice beach towels and beach chairs. There is a gas grill with plenty of extra tanks, adult bikes, and lots of board games and books.

Our house has been described as incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The location allows everyone to spend time together while still being able to ''do their own thing'' - be it going to the beach, walking to town, relaxing on the deck or reading a book in one of the living rooms. As hosts, we will do everything possible to make your visit to the island memorable and joyful.

    Happiest Beach House Ever

    Our family of five, along with my husband's sister's family of three, had the most wonderful week of our lives at this home. Our 12- and 13-year-old children were able to ride bikes from the house to surfside beach, where there are lifeguards and a really good surf shack where you can get food all day long. Because the house is close to the beach and not far from town, everyone can have their own program. Not everyone has to do all the same things. The kitchen is huge and opens to the long dining room table, which goes further to the deck. Waking up to a huge, glorious sky wondering how quickly everyone can get ready for the beach was amazing. The kitchen has everything you need, the house is very well maintained. The towels are abundant and the beach towels are high quality. There are lawn games and high-speed internet. The TV room off the kitchen was great for letting the kids watch movies, while we sat on the deck drinking wine under the stars. Also, a week in Nantucket wouldn't be complete with and outdoor shower after a day of activities. Plenty of hot water!!

    Perfect place to rent

    I have rented this house a few times. It is the perfect house for a girlfriends getaway or a family vacation. The house is very close to the beach which is great. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out. It's a quick bike ride or drive to town which is wonderful. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to rent in Nantucket. We will continue to stay here every time!
