The area is incredibly quiet with the sounds of the local birds calming you during the day and the sounds of the ocean putting you to sleep at night. Abutting 23 acres of land bank walking trails (that can be accessed from the backyard) to the Atlantic Ocean/Surfside Beach. With these trails you can easily access Surfside Road for a leisurely bike ride to Surfside Beach or you can take the walking trail straight to the water!

    The Stone Family has been coming to Nantucket since before 1899 and found our slice of heaven on Surfside in 1958. Four generations have now grown-up summering on Nantucket. Therefore, as a lifelong summer resident of Nantucket, I've had experience with renting initially through my parent's home on Nonantum Ave. and now with renting my own home here on Field Ave.

    What is special about this property?
