We were there for a wedding and hadn't been to the area before so we weren't in the home much but it had everything we needed.

This house was perfect for what we needed for a weekend away on the lower cape! The house was beautifully kept and clean. They were a ton of board games and great music set up with having a Google mini. Veronika and Thomas were easily approachable and when I had concerns they responded right away. Only a 7 minute walk to Campground beach and if up for a longer walk can get to Thumpertown beach too. Great away overall. We would definitely stay again!

A wonderful house to share with our two adult daughters, son, daughter in law and granddaughter for a week. Incredible play area in the living room for our 20 month old granddaughter. Great location a 10 minute walk from the beach or a quick drive. Would definitely stay here again. Well equipped kitchen great for family meal preparation.

We were all impressed with Veronika and Thomas' place in Eastham. The house was walkable to the beach, had every amenity you could need, and was very spacious/clean. Our toddler loved the play area in the living room too! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Veronika and Thomas's home was just as described and a great place for a large family to stay. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. the bedrooms were also beautiful and beds very comfortable. Gameroom.and kids' toy area was fantastic. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We absolutely loved the ice cream stand and general store next door. Short, easy walk to the beach. Communication with hosts was top notch.

Don't be fooled by the pictures. We've been renting on the Cape for 20+ years so we know that pictures are sometimes misleading. But this house was not worth the money and we were very disappointed.

The positives - it's a 10-minute walk to Campground beach, the Landing next door has delicious ice cream, and the toddlers enjoyed the play area in the corner of the living room.

The reality of this rental - it's dark on the inside. There are ants in the bathrooms, the children's play area and the kitchen. After seeing a comment about this on Airbnb, I asked the owner, who assured me that the issue had been taken care of. It was not.

The basement is damp & musty, and it has made family members with allergies sick. There's no closet in the owner's "suite" and just three hooks on the wall. You can't even hang your things in the closets in the other bedrooms because there are hardly any hangers. The bathroom in the owner's suite is tiny, I mean, really small.

The worst part was the outside of the house, which looked nothing like the pictures. It's been completely neglected, with peeling paint, rotted wood, weeds, and totally overgrown trees and shrubs. You can hardly sit on the deck because the bugs are so bad, since everything is overgrown. The outdoor shower is gross - I simply have no other way to describe it. Don't waste your money on this house.

The location can't be beat. We loved walking to campground beach and were blown away by how beautiful low tide was. It was convenient being right next to a general store. The house itself was large enough to accommodate our two families and the kids toys (which are actually not pictured) were a very welcome surprise.

we have enjoyed our stay. location is great, I walked to the beach in the morning. backyard and balcony are so cozy, and we had our coffee. the house is well decorated and feels very peaceful. We had a very good night sleep because of mattresses are so comfortable. Hosts are responsive. We hope to be back. thank you for hosting us!

This place was perfect for us. We have a young child, and there are lots of toys, highchair, and like items for our little one. There's a nice store/ice cream bar right next door with a very friendly owner. Would stay here again!

A lovely, large beach house perfect for a large family or two small families to share. Beds were comfy and plentiful, bedrooms spacious, a nice kitchen easy to cook in, the outdoor deck fit plenty for meals and the play area for young kiddos was top notch - key for the one rainy day we had. We spent most days at the ocean or ponds and afternoons and sunsets walking down to the bay and the Landing next door was perfect for a quick essential or to savor their delicious ice cream. A lovely vacation all around. Would stay there again.

Staying in this lovely home has become an integral part of our family vacation. The older kids love the proximity to the Landing and the Red Barn. We all love the easy walk to Campground beach which we enjoy in both low tide and hight tide.

This lovely home is enjoyed by both young and old. There is a well stocked play area for little ones and a game room with foosball and hockey for the older ones. There is also plenty of space for adults to relax.

We look forward to continuing the tradition next year.

We went over April break and loved this house! Location was amazing, easy walk to the bay side beach which we love and has gorgeous sunsets. We had enough space for my mother and my five children. The game room with foosball and air hockey was awesome for colder rainy days, and the little kid area with books and dress up and trains was perfect for them also. Felt very cozy with a comfy couch, while also airy and spacious. The owners were very helpful and responsive, including when my kiddos accidentally broke something. Definitely hoping to visit again.

The house is roomy and clean with sizable bedrooms. Walkable to the beach and having a third full bathroom was extremely favorable. The place is perfect for up to 8 people with a fully stocked kitchen. I highly recommend staying at Veronica and Thomas's home. They were extremely responsive with any questions. We had a wonderful weekend enjoying our annual Wellfleet Oysterfest trip!

For once, WAZE gave us accurate directions right in front of the well-lit doorstep having arrived in the dark. Our first step inside made me happy with no musty Cape smell IYKYK! The home was really comfy with a big slouchy sectional we could all sink into for the football game. Our teens were happy to find an XBox and air hockey. The kitchen was adequately stocked and well-organized for everything needed. Gas stove - yay!!! Nice cookware!!! Organized clean drawers and supplies and no clutter - a real treat. The decor was so lovely and thoughtfully edited. It was just so peaceful. The bedrooms were all upstairs and were comfortable with numerous pillows. There were two bathrooms upstairs and one bath with shower off the kitchen. Lighting in all the bedrooms was thoughtfully supplied for bed readers:) We really enjoyed our stay here for a long weekend. This house is well-tended and cared for and the owners always responded quickly to my questions.

This home was perfect for our family of 5 and extended family members. The walk to the beach was lovely and short. The Landing next door had everything that we needed and the owners are so kind!! Our hosts were responsive throughout our stay and the house was extremely clean, everyone felt right at home!! We look forward to staying again ??

The house is well maintained and even the youngest appreciate the ocean themed bedrooms. The "upgrade" in toys to air hockey table for the older set was a big hit. There was still plenty of space and toys for the little ones as well. It is an easy walk to the beach and something we all enjoy whether it is a sunrise walk or sunset Campground is beautiful especially with low tide. There is plenty of room on the deck or in the dining room for meals and dinner often ends with a trip next door at the Landing for ice cream.

This house was perfect for us. We had 2 babies with us so the play room and all the toys, cribs and high chair made our stay (and packing) so much easier. The location was perfect with a short walk down the road to the beach for sunsets and the bakery for coffee and pastries. North Eastham was ideal center point for exploring anywhere on the Cape.

Amazing place to stay for a group trip in Cape Cod, ESPECIALLY if there are kids! The playroom was a huge hit for my one year old nephew and two year old nieces. We had to carpool separately due to luggage and where we were coming from, so it was super helpful that there was enough parking to fit our two mini vans and three SUVs. Since we visited on a cold and rainy weekend, the comfort and amenities of our lodging were very important and this home hit it out of the park. On-theme decor, fully stocked house, and a short drive to many major attractions made for a memorable weekend. Thank you for having us!

I cannot say enough good things about this Cape house. It was actually even better in person than the pictures. The house is fully stocked with everything you may need even down to champagne glasses. The location is perfect and the walk to the beach is an easy straight shot. My family loved every room especially the playroom, it kept the kids entertained the entire time. The hosts are great at communicating and very accommodating. We cannot wait to stay here again!

This house suited our needs perfectly! We had a group of ten and the house had everything we needed! Everyone kept commenting about how great the house was. Plenty of beds and showers for us all, and just a short walk to the beach!

Great place! We rented this property with some family for a quick weekend away. House was great- spacious, clean, as advertised. Playroom was great with the toys (didn't need to pack those) and my son was very happy there was an Xbox! We had a minor issue with the heating (that was very understandable) that was solved very quickly. We appreciated that! Look forward to renting again!!!

After a year's delay due to COVID, we returned for a much anticipated week at this lovely home. It met and exceeded expectations.

Home is spotless and spacious with well stocked kitchen and a comfortably furnished "playroom" with plenty of games, toys, and books to occupy young and older grandchildren.

Early morning walks to Campground Beach are a tradition that included exploring for sea life at low tide and building castles with moats to catch incoming tide. Cleanup with little ones was easy with outdoor shower and there was plenty of room for meals outdoors on the deck.

It is the perfect home for making memories.

As advertised, the house is just under a half mile walk to the beach, and the sunsets there were lovely. The kitchen had ample equipment to cook full family dinners, and the bedrooms were all a good size (though the master bath is on the small side). It's hard to beat the location!

We stayed in this home, 3 families including both parents and two children each. It was a great house for us. Two living rooms, one for kids and one for the parents. A big dining table. Two different coffee makers, regular and pods. 3 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Plus all the bedrooms had window unit air conditioners. The kids had a blast and with the bedrooms upstairs, the parents could socialize into the later hours. Towels and sheets provided was so nice. The store next door was very convenient and may have Hole In One Donuts! Great for bigger families.

This well appointed home has all the amenities to suit the needs of our multi-generational family. Two separate living areas allow for plenty of space for kids and adults to relax, watch TV, or play board games from the well stocked cabinet. It is an easy walk to Campground Beach which has been a favorite spot for our family for many years. It is also a quick ride to Coast Guard Beach for early morning walks or sunset bonfires.

Another great week at Campground Road. Since our last stay, the home has undergone a complete kitchen renovation and all other rooms have been updated. The kitchen was well stocked. Anything we wanted/needed was right at our fingertips! The air conditioning in the bedrooms was an excellent addition. The house is very spacious, even for our party of 10. The house is just a short walk to the beach, a quick drive to restaurants and most importantly Ben and Jerry's. We will definitely be returning next summer! We have a wonderful time!!!

This was an amazing house. Clean, very spacious, and top notch, high end recent renovations (especially the kitchen and bathrooms with Hans Grohe). Kitchen is thoroughly stocked with *everything* you need including lots of kid-friendly cups and plates. Spacious quiet, well decorated bedrooms. Great mattresses & beds. Great large backyard & living room for large get-togethers. Had an amazing time. 7 minute walk to the beach that faces the harbor. Don’t know if this is still applicable, but reach out to Veronika (who is very responsive) about where to rent bedsheets & towels if you’re not from the area.

We had a great time at your lovely home in Eastham! The location is wonderful - a quick 5 minute walk to a warm water bay beach with gorgeous sunsets, a short drive to Nauset Ocean Beach & the National Seashore, yummy seafood (Arnold's) mini golf, ice cream & nearby Wellfleet. The house allowed plenty of room for our extended family of 12 to spread out. The two family rooms & deck provided ample space for adults & teens. The layout was very open & clean. The outdoor shower was awesome & the 3 baths 5 bedrooms served our crowd very well. It was a wonderful vacation!

Spacious, comfortable rental that is great for a large family. Room for all with adequate bathrooms and showers. Everyone loved the outdoor shower. The walk to the beach was great for the children and we used our little red wagon for the toddlers. Seems like the owner thought of every amenity for a great family vacation.

Our group of 8 adults and 4 kids were comfortably accommodated in the 5 bedrooms on the second floor, while we spent the waking hours in the living room, family room and on the deck. The backyard, accessed by a flight of stairs, had a rustic feel and on its many trees, a variety of birds were spotted throughout the day.

We ate at the Friendly Fisherman, Vincent's, and Box Lunch, all within 10 minutes drive from the house. The kayaking (Cape Kayaking) from Hemenway Road was also easily accessible in 15 minutes. The grill in the backyard came in handy to cook some of the quahogs we had collected from the Nauset Marsh, while the rest we cooked with linguini in the amply large kitchen which was generously stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses and cups.

The sunrise over Nauset Marsh (at the end of Fort Hill Rd, about 15 minutes drive from the house) was inspiring. Importantly, the sunset at Campground Beach was a sight to behold. On one afternoon we drove for about 30 minutes and spent 3 hours in Provincetown and were back to the house for dinner (additionally having tasted some great pastries at PB Boulangerie in Wellfleet on the way back). In essence, the house is not only comfortable but is also very conveniently located.

This house was great. The furnishings, the appliances and the proximity to the beach were more than we could have hoped for!
We had 3 families with 11 people and there was enough room so that we didn't get in each other's way.
This house helped us to have the best family vacation ever!

Our family - ranging in age from young grandchildren to baby boomer grandparents - has rented this home during the past four summers, and each of our stays there has been wonderful. The house is immaculate, with comfortable, attractive furniture and furnishings and all the amenities one could ask for. The five bedrooms - each with its own appeal - and three full baths means privacy for all, while the ample living spaces means opportunity to be together with extended family. We love our breakfasts and dinners on the back deck overlooking the spacious property, listening to the birds and the rustle of the Cape breezes. We also really love being able to easily walk to the perfect bay beach or hop in the car and be at the unbeatable National Seashore beaches in no time. Restaurants are within easy biking distance, and it's come in handy being able to pop into the little store next door and pick up groceries or toiletries (and the grandchildren love the independence of walking over to peruse the candy aisle!). Being so close to both Orleans and Wellfeet has been an added bonus. A great house and a wonderful location has made for many memorable Cape vacations... and counting!

We've rented this home for several years and we love it. There's plenty of room for our 2 families (9 of us all together). The location is great; there's a convenience store right next door for newspapers, snacks, ice cream, etc. We love the short walk/bike ride to the beach. We also love that you can drive (or ride your bike) to Wellfleet, Eastham center, or Orleans without getting on route 6. Highly recommended!

We are headed back for our 7th straight summer vacation in this wonderfully kept home that is spacious and comfortable. More than enough room for our family of 11 to spread out! The location to the beach is excellent, just a short walk to the end of the road. Also nice quite neighborhood for bike rides with the kids. There is a small store right next door which comes in handy if you need anything! We will be there in a few short weeks...can't wait!
