About Create Like An Artist: Week Long Art Camp for Children 7-14...I know a lot of families are still piecing together summer plans, so we wanted to share that we still have a few spots available in our Create Like an Artist week at Sandwich Montessori School (June 22–26).

This week is for kids ages 7–14 who love to create.

They'll spend time outdoors sketching and observing the Cape Cod landscape before heading back into the studio to paint, print, build with clay, and create original artwork inspired by what they see. By the end of the week, they'll have a portfolio of work to bring home, plus a ceramic piece that will be fired, glazed, and mailed to them after the program.

The program is led by Maisie, a practicing artist and printmaker, and it's one of those weeks where kids really get to slow down, create, and make something they're proud of.

We offer a full-day option, a morning studio option, and an afternoon Brain Lab option depending on your family's schedule.

If you have a child who is always drawing, painting, crafting, this might be a great fit.
