About Nantucket 4th of July Celebration...The Main Street July 4th fun will be held on July 4. See you in town for the pie eating contests, watermelon eating contests, face-painting for kids, and the famous water fight at high noon! Later that same day, games at Children's Beach will be held, including sack races, 3-legged races, tug-o-war, and much more. At 6:30 pm, the NCMC Jazz Band will perform.
