You’ll be just 1/2 mile down a private lane with private beach access to Crosby Beach, the best beach in Brewster! You will stroll right behind Crosby Mansion on the way to a gorgeous Cape Cod Bay beach. At the top of Crosby Lane there is a crosswalk on Route 6A to get you to Nickerson State Park and the Cape Cod Rail Trail (bike trail.)

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 A/C units, indoor porch area, outdoor table and chairs on the gravel patio area, gas and charcoal grills, outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold water, washer/dryer, cable TV, WiFi, dishwasher, cooking/serving utensils and more. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has 2 twins, and the third bedroom is large with a king, a double futon and a full bathroom.

    No better place to stay for a classic Cape Cod family beach vacation!

    If you are lucky enough to know about Crosby Landing, then you understand how it feels like one of the Cape's best kept secrets, a true treasure. If you have children, there is no better beach- low tide goes out forever, people can spread out and set up their beach tents on the sand bars, and you can walk in ankle deep water for what feels like miles! So when we saw a house was available on Crosby Lane we did not hesitate to book. This house has the perfect location. You can easily walk to the beach (5 minute walk) and it is even closer to the bike trails.

    Additionally the house is loaded with anything you could possibly imagine: outdoor shower, grills for cooking, boogie boards, floaties, wagons, kayaks, games, movies, even a sound machine in one of the rooms. Everything was so well thought out for a comfortable stay for guests of all ages. It has a great classic cape vibe.

    Lastly, the management staff was extremely responsive to all of our requests before, during, and after our stay. Highly recommend and can't wait to book our stay for next year!     show more show less
