Architect designed contemporary house,about 2 miles from the Chappy Ferry, filled with light from skylights and large windows. Waterviews from every room. Off the deck is an active osprey pole, herb & flower gardens.
A screened porch/sunroom, with brick floor and wicker furniture is screened on 3 sides. The wide deck has seating for 8. Beautifully furnished with antiques. The open living room, with a fireplace, and skylit dining room, have French doors to the deck overlooking the water. The kitchen has just been redone with stone counters & stainless steel appliances + extra freezer.
First floor master suite, with vaulted ceiling, walk in closet and large shower bath, opens to the deck. Upstairs 2 skylit bedrooms share a bath.

Good books, current magazines, great cook books, picnic gear, beach chairs and towels, binoculars to watch the ospreys on the nest off the deck, deck furniture to eat outside on summer evenings, flowers to pick for the table from the flower gardens and meadow. The sandy private beach, great for swimming and sunning, is just a 5 minute walk away and one can catch bluefish and striped bass from the beach! A charcoal grill and a smoker to smoke your catch are provided, too!Nearby are miles of walking trails. Mytoi Japanese Garden is close by and you can feed the turtles there!
