Much more than your typical rental, this luxury home is ideally located close to Surfside Beach, just a ten minute walk to Nantucket's # 1 beach. Great out door built in 8 person hot tub.
The open living plan consists of a large kitchen that is open to a sitting area and dining with French doors to an outdoor patio that has teak dining furnishing and an outdoor grill.
There are 3 bedrooms on the first level, the master is upstairs and a large bedroom in the finished basement with its own entrance and bath. The hot tub is off of the family room and lots of out door living space. There are several hand painted murals and wonderful original local art pieces.
This home is ideal for family living and entertaining. This is the first year we will be renting. The hot tub is a big plus as it is so nice to shower off after the beach in the outdoor shower and then lounge in the hot tub ...

as the sun sets on a wonderful Nantucket day.
The house is across the street from a bike path. If you like to bike, Nantucket has many wonderful bike paths and great trails for mountain biking.
The walk to Surfside beach is just 10 minutes. Town is a 4 minute drive or you can take a shuttle Bus in, or ride your bike so you don't have to have a car. If you need bikes, they can be delivered and picked up right at the house.
Nantucket has many wonderful restaurants to chose from, and I'm happy to give recommendations. There is great shopping, fishing, boating, sailing, tennis, night life, plays, music, spas, yoga..
This home is on the market for sale - a great opportunity to own a Nantucket home. If you rent, do not worry, we will close after the rental season but will need a show clause.
This is a wonderful family home.
The gardens are beautiful. I loved the proximity to the beach and the bike path trails.
I loved the openness of the house and the softness of the decor. The decorating is so Nantucket and comfortable. It was very pleasant.
