This fifteen bedroom house is set on four and a half acres of landscaped yard and pine trees in a quiet Surfside neighborhood. A non-smoking house, it is perfect for reunions, large families, weddings and small business groups. The house accommodates twenty-six and is surrounded on three sides by a ten-foot wide covered porch. In the back of the house (opening up from the thousand-foot great room) is an eight hundred square foot screened-in porch. The great room contains a wet bar with refrigerator, ice machine, freezer and dishwasher, enhancing casual or formal entertaining.
All bedrooms have full private baths (shower or bathtub/shower units). The enormous lawn is great for croquet, bocce, soccer, softball, etc. A tennis court has just been added to the property.

This rental is extremely well cared for and was wonderful place for our family reunion. Jacques was courteous and helpful and he has created a lovely environment for a large group to stay and enjoy. The whole property was clean, well maintained, spatious and charmingly decorated.
Would I go again given the chance? YES
Would I reccommend this to a friend? YES
Was my experience with the homeowner a positive one? YES
Did the listing accurately describe the rental property? YES and then some. Actually, it's the type of place that needs to be seen, while the description is good and accurate, the place itself exceeded our expectations.
