After 15 years of renting various houses on Cape Cod, we have finally found the home we love to come back to each summer. This house is older but has large rooms and is very clean. It has a huge yard for playing and relaxing, and it is only a few minutes from a great beach. Saints' Landing Beach has never been crowded when we were there, and it is an ideal beach for families with small children because of the gentle surf. My husband has also found it to be a great place to fish and go clamming, especially on the "flats" when the tide is out. We also find it nice to be located in Brewster because we consider it to be in the middle of the Cape, so it cuts down driving time in either direction to other points of interest.

The landlord is very nice too. Easy to talk to and very accommodating. And if for no other reason, the house is worth the price of rent just to be able to copy the landlord's mother's incredibly delicious blueberry pie recipe displayed on the kitchen wall! show more show less

"If you can not stay Bay front this home is the next best thing. My family and I spent the week of July 4th enjoying this authentic Cape Cod home. Although the interior of the home is a throw back to the 50's, everything was clean, clean, clean. Even the windows were sparkling which is hard to do being so close to the ocean. The walk to Saints Landing Beach is less than 5 minutes. The screened porch great on those warm summer nights. The home could however use more comfortable porch furniture and a gas grill.
