My family has been renting in Brewster on and off for the past 15 years. Peter and Lisa's house was perfect for us. Clean, spacious and everything we thought we might need we found. My kids, 10,13 & 15 had enough space to get away from each other when they needed to and we spent a ton of time playing games on the coffee table in the living room. Quick walk to the beach for sunsets. We chose to drive to the beach and drop our gear off and walk back but there was always plenty of parking there. We cooked several meals there including grilling on the back deck. Nice outdoor shower too. Can't go wrong with this house! show more show less

Located on the end of a beautiful well-kept street, this property is an exceptional rental. Beautiful new and well stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and then some. Nicely appointed dining room and living room area. Very clean throughout which is #1 in my book! This meticulously kept home is a wonderful spot for a family vacation. Short walk to beach and close to many good eateries in Brewster.

This home is perfectly situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a private, peaceful backyard and large deck. We enjoyed grilling and eating out on the deck. The location was ideal—close to beaches, shops, dining and the Cape Cod Rail Trail.

This rental property is everything we hoped for. Kitchen was spacious, very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The entire home was cozy, and well-furnished. We loved the large master bedroom with the adjacent beautifully updated bathroom. The comfortable beds were an added plus.

The homeowners were easy to communicate with and promptly answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this home! show more show less

The homeowners were great. Very responsive. A pleasant experience from start to finish. The photos are accurate. Spacious living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Comfortable beds. We made the most of our meals at the house so the kitchen is very functional. Very grateful for the ACs. It was a hot one on the Cape this year. The location of this house is on a very quiet street, and the back yard is very private. Nice deck and grill. We were lucky enough to have good weather so we ate all of our meals on the deck.

Saints Beach was about a 7 minute walk from the house. It's a public beach (need sticker to park in the lot) but it wasn't crowded at all. The "Brewster Flats" were truly amazing. Every day we looked forward to see where the tide was going to be. Fascinating. It was a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Highly recommended.

A left onto the lane and one quickly views this charming home nestled at the end of a quiet cup-de-sac. This home offered our family all the comforts of home and more. I did not have to run to a store for anything but the food for our meals. We used the private backyard and gas grill every night! The quick walk to Saint's Beach was soooo convenient with children. This being our first time on the bay side of Cape Cod, we loved walking the flats---really different and the kids thought it was so cool.

Main Street Brewster is awesome. Great selection of restaurants offering both indoor and outdoor dining, unique shopping venues and antiquing. We also enjoyed being close to Orleans and Chatham. We took advantage of biking and rollerblading on the Cape Cod Bike Trail which was just minutes away.

Our family had a great week. We highly recommend Breezy Meadow!!!! It is a great find. show more show less

We really enjoyed our holiday (vacation) having travelled from Scotland. Brewster is a small but vibrant community close to beaches (Bay and Ponds), and well served for local restaurants and other places to eat. It's an ideal location for exploring the Cape. The property was very well equipped - a real home from home. Features included excellent internet wifi. We would heartily recommend this property.
