What an amazing home and setting! It was a truly wonderful week for our family- a much needed reconnection with kids and grandkids that was long overdue. Linnell Landing provided the space we all needed and then some. Our one and three-year-old grandsons loved exploring the yard, swinging on the hammock and tumbling down the hill.

And what can we say about the private beach other than it is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. Watching the sunsets on the beach was the highlight of our days! Many thanks to Alice and Ed for sharing their lovely home. show more show less

What a joy it was to bring our family and grandchildren to this lovely home for a vacation on the Cape! We would recommend it for anyone looking for an amazing family get away. The beautiful decor, the spacious rooms, the lovely gardens and proximity to the bay all made this home a slice of paradise. The home was well equipped right down to a basket of toys for the children to play with! It exceeded our expectations in every way. The owners went out of their way to see that our stay was perfect. The memories that we made there as a family made it hard to leave and will always hold a very special place in our hearts. We had the most lovely stay at this charming house. The location was perfect. The grounds were a relaxing respite in and of themselves. The wonderful private beach is a very short walk away (the bay is visible from the house). Low tide on Brewster flats is not to be missed. It is a treasure trove of crystal clear tidal pools The home was beautiful and emaculate and had every amenity one could want. We had 10 people in our group, consisting of two families. There were wonderful gathering spaces, but the house is so nicely laid out that we all could have privacy if desired. We walked to Cobies for ice cream. We were enamored with the sunsets. We rented this property along with 3 other couples attending a wedding at nearby Ocean Edge. The house was exactly as described and spacious enough for each couple to spread out. The property was very clean and well maintained. And the location was fabulous. We were in the Cape for a wedding at Ocean Edge, just up the road, but also enjoyed beautiful Fall (almost Summer-like) weather so the proximity to the beach was an added bonus. The house had everything we needed so all we did was stop by the grocery store on our way. We hope to return next year! show more show less

What a wonderful house! The home is spacious and well-laid out. The décor is tastefully done. We had a few young children with us and they had plenty of space to run around and play, particularly in the garden. While the property is not directly beach front, you couldn’t ask for a better location. Very easy walk to the beach, even with a few kiddies in tow. The house has all the amenities you might need. A gorgeous place steps from the bay. Beautiful views from downstairs master bedroom and all rooms upstairs. Fire pit outside for evening s'mores. Beautiful landscape for sunning on the grass. An evening walk for ice cream. Quiet. Spacious. 4 bathrooms and outside shower.

Perfect escape! The house is lovely, with special touches everywhere. We enjoyed the wonderful views, and the ideal location so close to the beach and so close to the bike trail too.
