This spotless home is located on a wooded acre about 300 yards from Pilgrim Pines beach, a private association bay beach. Enjoy the view of a fresh water pond from the large screened porch and living room. Window air conditioner in each bedroom.

Located in a quiet, secluded, family oriented neighborhood. Walk to the Brewster store for coffee. Bike trail and tennis courts within a mile. Stroll to the Brewster Fish House or Chillingsworth’s (the only 4 star restaurant on the Cape) for dinner. Many other restaurants nearby. Watch the sun set over the Bay. Our beach is never crowded, has no rocks or sea grass, and is great for all ages.
