Brewster has 7 public bay beaches and 3 public ponds and public golf courses, too.

The master bedroom has a king and a private bath with a shower stall, the back bedroom has a queen, the front bedroom has 3 twins, and there is a full bath in the hallway. Large open living and dining area with gas fireplace and a beautiful 3 season room.

Sun room appointed with brand new furniture. Central A/C, washer/dryer, WIFI, gas grill, outdoor shower, access to tennis and shuffle board. The Cape awaits YOU!

    Lovely, peaceful, comfortable and convenient

    We had been to Brewster many times but had never stayed in this location. We loved staying at Kristen's house which was very comfortable and in great shape. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the enclosed porch. The property is so peaceful —lovely inside and out. It is in a convenient location with the rail trail up the street, and both bay and ocean beaches and Orleans are nearby. We found Kristen to be very kind, considerate and accommodating.

    Great vacation home!

    We had a great week at this property. The house is perfect and had everything we needed! Very convenient to beach, grocery store, bike bath, etc. Kristen was available for any questions we had. Quiet neighborhood close to 6A.

    Great week on the Cape in a great location

    We rented this home for the week of July 1st. The home was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The outdoor shower was great for washing up after the beach. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch playing games with the kids. The bike trail is very close.

    Greetings! Our family recently purchased our home in November of 2016. We have been vacationing on the Cape for many years and are so thrilled that we were able to make our dream come true of owning this past fall.

    What is special about this property?
    We fell in LOVE with our home the moment we saw it and could picture creating such wonderful memories with our children here. We immediately thought that the setup of our home was extremely family friendly. We love the feel of the open spacious family room, dining area and kitchen. Having all three bedrooms on one floor is key, especially with little ones! Another great asset is the Sun Room. We can really envision spending hours out here in the evening after our beach day relaxing playing family games, watching movies and having great conversations.

    What is special about your town?
    Sounds cliche, but location is key! We LOVE our location in East Brewster! Not only are we a stones throw from the CCRT literally at the end of our street, but we are so close to Orleans super convenient to all shopping downtown and especially the grocery store a daily stop for our family. The bay beaches at low tide are simply breathtaking and one could walk on the flats for miles or if you want to hit the surf and catch some big waves Nauset Town Beach is a quick ride across into Orleans about 4 miles away.
