Studio is comfortably roomy for a couple or single traveler. Kimlyn provides everything needed to make your stay relaxing and easy. Short walk to the private beach on Cape Cod Bay. Several pleasant seating areas set up overlooking the beach. Great starting point to walk the Brewster Flats or explore 6A up into the Orleans/Chatham areas. Can't wait for a return visit.

This is a perfect spot for a getaway. The studio had everything we needed - comfy bed, recliner chairs, dining area and plenty of storage. It was clean and the kitchen area was well-equipped. Kimlyn was an excellent host. The location is ideal- just a short walk to the beach with nice seating area above the beach to watch the sunsets. The garden area was beautiful and peaceful- a good place for relaxing or reading. We'll definitely return!

Chapman Lane is a perfect (and private!) beachside oasis right on Cape Cod Bay. The studio is a quick walk to the beach, which boasts amazing views and plenty of space to spread out during low tide. It's perfect! And the studio is incredibly comfortable and private. It has a queen size bed, a small two-top table, a small kitchenette and a spacious bathroom, not to mention a lovely yard, with thoughtfully designed landscaping and a great deck. It's the perfect spot for a solo getaway or for a couple. True paradise!

The "studio" is a great place to enjoy the beach and be close enough to venture out to enjoy everything the lower Cape has to offer. It is fully equipped with a private yard, television, air conditioning, and an area for sleeping and cooking. The private beach is just a short walk away, Kim, our hostess is friendly and accommodating and there was everything we needed in the fully equipped apartment.

We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the lovely courtyard! The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Walking to the beach was awesome! Kimlyn was available and answered our questions promptly. Thanks for letting us stay in your little piece of heaven!

We have stayed in Kimlyn's cute and pristine studio apartment at least 4 separate years and we intend to return and recommend to anyone we talk to! We have always felt comfortable and welcome from the first visit through the last. The apartment is situated on a private family lane, has a private yard, gardens and deck. We only had to walk a few minutes down the lane to reach their incredibly beautiful private beach on Cape Cod bay! The sunsets! the nighttime explorations on the flats! The beach is supplied with chairs and umbrellas so that you don't have to pack your own. Another plus is the proximity to the CC Rail trail. It's just a 5 minute ride on a sidewalk to access the trail which brings you all over the Cape and National Seashore. The lovely town of Brewster with bakeries, restaurants and shops are all close walking (or driving) distance.

We have been vacationing in our "happy place" for at least 10 years now. Each year we return we are welcomed back like family. Kimlyn is a wonderful owner and keeps her place spotless. This little piece of Heaven has everything you need, from a little kitchen, a nice size deck and private yard, and a beautiful private beach on Cape Cod Bay. No better place to see beautiful sunrises and sunsets!

It is super conveniently located, just a few minutes drive to great restaurants, coffee shops, mini golf, and the Cape Cod Rail Trail for bike riding. Can't recommend this place highly enough!

What can I say about this little piece of heaven? First of all, the apartment was cozy, clean and ever so quiet. It is a lovely place with all the comforts of home.

The beach was breathtaking, especially at low tide. I walked for hours every day I was there. And the sunsets were spectacular!

But I'm not sure what is more annoying...the Cape Cod gnats or Canadian mosquitoes. The gnats only come out at dusk and are gone by night fall (and if there's a good breeze, you won't find them at all)...so I would have to say that mosquitoes are more annoying.

And Kimlyn (and her family) were so friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this to anyone who's looking for a relaxing and quiet vacation. I would definitely come back again and perhaps for 2 weeks next time. One week just wasn't enough.

Oh, and the pictures don't do it justice at all. It's far more beautiful in real life!

We have been vacationing at the Cape for 20 years, starting by camping at Nickerson State Park, and then moved up to weekly rentals. We know what is available for this part of the Cape. We intend to come back to this property every year. Secluded, quiet, a short walk to the bay beach, friendly host, everything we wanted.

We have been vacationing at this spot for over five years and can't wait to go back each summer! The accommodations are perfect for two people, and everything that's needed in a kitchen is at your finger tips. The Beach is breathtaking, and at low tide you can walk for miles and miles, it is very amazing. We never tire of seeing the glorious sunsets and still take pictures every year. Close to everywhere. Kimlyn, the owner, is a sweetheart and always helpful. As an added bonus we get to visit with the two handsome cats, Peter and Paul. Just can't say enough about this vacation spot. I stayed for a week here and it was delightful! The owners are welcoming and generous. The studio is spacious for 1 or 2 people. The location is great if you want a quiet place to stay near a private beach. It was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it and would love to stay there again.
