    What a find!

    This is the perfect cottage for a family vacation! Seashell Cottage is bright, clean and, and very well appointed, too. Everything you need is here. The kitchen is well supplied, there is a great selection of games and books, the beach chairs were in great condition, and the laundry was a real bonus, too. The location is perfect, but I think the best part to this property is the back yard. It offers both sun and shade, which is lovely after spending a hot day at the beach, and it has privacy, too, with just woods out back. Lauren was wonderful to work with--always pleasant and helpful throughout the entire rental process. Seashell Cottage is a great find. We can't wait to go back! show more show less

    Seashell Cottage

    This was our 8th summer spending a week on Ellis Landing. It was our first in this cottage. The location was wonderful with only a short walk to the beach. The cottage was truly a quintessential Cape cottage.

    The front deck was wonderful for enjoying morning coffee and a book. The back deck had great afternoon shade for relaxing after the beach. The cottage had a great selection of books and beach toys too. Very clean overall.

    Perfect cottage for family vacation

    Our family of 5 stayed at the Seashell Cottage for a week in July of 2020. Lauren was very responsive and easy to work with throughout the process of booking the rental and throughout our stay. The cottage is lovely - plenty of space for our family and stocked with all of the essentials, as well as toys, games, and movies for the kids. Location can't be beat - walking distance to a private beach, biking distance to restaurants, Nickerson State Park, and more. We can't wait to return!

Seashell Cottage has a history of happy family vacations, and we're thrilled to be continuing the tradition.

    What is special about this property?
    Steps from the beach, no need to pack up the car to get to the beach. You can hear the ocean waves from the back porch and are able to catch breathtaking sunsets. If you need a break from the beach, you are walking distance into town. The house also has a back yard that's a great play space for kids and families.
