Wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, single level, private home. All rooms have wonderful vaulted ceilings with exposed beams. New kitchen with center island and breakfast bar. Central A/C throughout the entire house, wifi, washer/dryer, outdoor seating/eating and fire-pit. Road connects to Cape Cod Rail bike path, very close to restaurants, Nickerson State Park, golfing, shopping, 5 minute drive to bay beaches. Bedlinens and bath towels are included. The spacious kitchen has all accommodations, and able to host 8 at the farm table and two at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked including a lobster pot, 12 cup coffee maker, toaster and all cooking supplies.

The large living room has vaulted ceiling with exposed beams and floor to ceiling windows, a large flat screen TV and overlooks the private back yard. The living room is located at the center of the home. There is a beautiful non-working fireplace with multiple candles that has adds a substantial WOW factor with tons of character. <br /> <br /> As you pass the pantry and laundry area, the left wing of the house you will find a master bedroom with Queen bed, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan a TV, a full ensuite bathroom, walk-in shower and sliders to the private deck. As you move to the right wing of the house, you will find 2 bedrooms and another full bath with two sinks and bathtub/shower. The king bedroom has a King bed, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan and closet. Bedroom three has two bunk beds, one bunk has both twin beds and the other bunk is twin bed above with full bed below bunk bed with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fan. <br /> <br /> The outdoor space is a lovely park like, private yard surrounded by trees with plenty of outdoor dining a grill and fire pit.<br /> <br /> The house connects directly to the bike path with the sidewalk. The closest Brewster beach is just 1.6 miles, 5 minute drive away. <br /> <br /> Dogs allowed by request, $200 per week or $30 per night. read more show less
