We loved our stay here. There was lots of space for everyone, decor and furnishing were very comfortable. We had everything we could want. It's very close to everything which we liked. Coffee shops, farmers market, restaurants and of course beaches. Our adult children loved the cottage as it was spacious and plenty room for my single daughter and my daughter and husband. They had a place to work from home without the noise of us in the main house. The house was warm and cozy and had plenty of places for us to all gather. We would return here again for sure! Owners accommodated weekly rental in fall for a Monday to Monday for a family reunion which really made a difference in choosing this home as well as cottage and main house. show more show less

Beautiful home, spacious, very clean and well-equipped, perfect for a large family. Christine was a pleasure to work with, very responsive throughout the whole process, The home is close to great restaurants and beaches. Crosby Landing Beach, two miles down the road is perfect for little ones. We had a wonderful week in Brewster!

We have been staying at the Brewster Beach House for the past 3 years and look forward to returning every summer. Christine and Steve have beautifully furnished their home and are very responsive to any questions or issues. It is a lovely home with a cottage that is perfect for multi generations or large crowds. There is space for everyone to relax and spread out. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to make your stay more enjoyable. Three generations all under one roof with plenty of room for privacy. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood for walks, yet close to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Home was clean and well appointed-had everything we needed. Christine and Steve were attentive and answered our questions quickly and kindly. Looking forward to staying again next year.

I just came back from a few days with my daughter and her family, who had rented this great home. I had the beautiful cottage all to myself, yet it was only steps from the rest of the family. The entire property is ideal...plenty of room to be together, while the home allows everyone to have their own space, if desired. The renovation was done with great thought and high-end materials.....such a comfortable environment that is convenient to biking and beaches, as well as any other vacation amenity the Cape offers. Of all Cape rentals over the years, this is top of our list!

Perfect vacation home! Everything has been updated and is super clean. (We were extra concerned this year given the pandemic.) Location is ideal ... walkable to bike path, beaches, restaurants, coffee. We were thrilled to have the cottage for our teenage girls who were each able to bring a friend. We were greeted with fresh hydrangeas and a bottle of wine in the fridge. Thank you, Christine and Steve! So grateful for this fantastic getaway.

Having spent several cool spring days in this spacious and newly renovated vacation home, I look forward to returning in the warm summer months. It is so beautifully decorated and comfortable, large enough to accommodate several people and designed so that everyone can find their own quiet space.

It's in a great neighborhood in quaint Brewster with lots to do and see. Beaches, parks, antiques, shopping and great food, who could ask for anything more? The wifi is fast, and the kitchen well equipped.
