A Luxury Cottage newly renovated and steps from the Cape Cod Rail Trail (CCRT). This cute cottage is super secluded on a private dirt road, yet it is close to everything! Great for families, with a large fenced yard, fire pit and even a koi pond. You can observe the gardens from two decks, front and rear, or whip up a hamburger or hot dog on the front deck grill. Your car is almost unnecessary since you can walk or ride your bicycle on the safe Cape Cod Rail Trail, from which you can access the beach, the lake (at Nickerson State Park), or get go for ice cream at Cobie's, all less than a mile away. So forget about summer traffic. You and your children can access them all safely, without the stress of traffic or busy roads by taking the CCRT.

This two bedroom, one and a half bath cottage has just been renovated and refreshed. Rustic on the outside, modern on the inside, with new appliances, flat screen/cable TV, WiFi, and an open concept kitchen, living room/dining area with a cathedral ceiling. After a day at the beach or a fun bike ride, take a shower outside, in the private outdoor shower. There are sun decks on both the front and the back of the cottage. The front deck is great for reading while listening to the relaxing waterfall of the koi pond. The back deck is off the upstairs bedroom, which is great for sunbathing in the morning, is very private and has a great view of the woods and wildlife of old Cape Cod.

    A genuine getaway

    My husband, who despises everyting about vacation, LOVES this place. So much so, we've stayed two years in a row and he's thanked me for booking it each time. Debbie and Ken have thought of all of the details right down to a step stool for reaching high shelves or helping littles ones brush their teeth at the basin. Our family of four delighted in the basement ping pong table on rainier days and the refreshing outdoor shower on warmers ones. The best feature, by far, is this home's proximity to the rail trail - literally right next to the rail trail! We had to force ourselves to drive as so many destinations are accessible by bike including the Linnel Beach, Harbobr Lights Mini-Golf, Nickerson State Park, Cobie's, Snowy Owl Coffee, Eat Cake 4 Breakfast, Cape Rep Theater, etc.

    Cottage Living

    Great cottage for our family of (4) and close to the beaches, ponds and Nickerson Park. Location...location...location...near everything you need but set off the road so you felt like you were away from everyone. Great cottage for our family of (4), not that we spent a lot of time inside. Kitchen was well supplied for us to make numerous meals and all amenities were as advertised. We plan on visiting the area again and would definitely rent this cottage again.

    Perfect little getaway

    This was the most amazing cape cod experience we've ever had. The house is perfect. Modern, charming and clean. The property around it was perfect and fun for our 3 year old to explore and play. We definitively want to come back and enjoy this wonderful house and perfectly secluded location with one of the nicest beaches we've ever seen.
