Gorgeous 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath Home w/AC in Brewster

Erin and Kevin's house is absolutely wonderful. It has 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms; we all had our own bathrooms which was really nice. The outdoor space is huge, and the house is a few minute walking distance from trails and lakes. The wood burning fireplace is beautiful, the heating is very efficient, the kitchen was user-friendly (could use more kitchenware). We appreciated the entertainment set up as well, with smart TVs in every room.

Kevin was very attentive and helpful, quickly handling all house-related issues. I had a wonderful Thanksgiving, Christmas, and NYE here with my two daughters and their spouses. It couldn't have been better — it snowed, the fireplace was burning, and it felt like a winter wonderland. I highly recommend this property, and can't wait to be back. show more show less

Our family (5 adults) rented the house from the 2nd week in September to the 2nd week in October. We had a fantastic time there. The house and location were great and our hosts were wonderful to work with and were very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. We had 3 adults working remote of the time and there was plenty of room for all to spread out and work. The office in the basement was a great location to take zoom calls without disturbing the remainder of the house while the back deck and dining room provided plenty of space for everyone. The rooms were all spacious and the bedrooms were extremely comfortable.

The street was great for taking walks and even had a couple of paths that lead to the lake nearby. We met many of the neighbors during the month and all were extremely friendly. The house while in Brewster was just minutes for our favorite Dennis beaches (Sea Street 7 minutes and Mayflower 12 minutes). We really enjoyed having breakfast on the back deck most days and spending evening sitting out back. Just a wonderful house in a great location.

Would highly recommend it and really look forward to being able to repeat the adventure next year if possible. Kevin was great to work with and was very proactive with information prior to our arrival and checking in with us during our stay. show more show less

Our family rented the Brewster house for one month in August. It was perfectly sized to fit our family and friends. The house is located in the Lower Cape, which was very convenient for my daughter and friends who worked in Brewster and Harwich for the summer. The house has central air conditioning, 4 nice sized bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a great open concept kitchen/dining area. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio at night and especially loved the outdoor shower. There are ponds within walking distance which we enjoyed as well. The owners, Kevin and Erin were very responsive and helpful if there were any questions related to the house. We had a great summer and would definitely rent the house again! show more show less

We stayed at Kevin's place from 7-25 to 8-1 2020. There have not been many good things happening in 2020 so far, but staying at the Cape in Kevin's place made the burden of Covid just a little easier to handle. The house was very clean and it had plenty of room for my family of 10. The bedrooms were very large, and the bunk room came in handy for the kids. The Central Air was a godsend since most days were 80-90 at the beach. Beautiful Corporation Beach was only a 5 minute drive from the house, and the sunsets were beautiful.
