Welcome to Three Blue Buoys in Beautiful BREWSTER. A beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom contemporary Cape home that sleeps eight, with large living areas and a beautiful kitchen. All newly remodeled! We just decorated and furnished the home this spring and summer. Comfortable and quiet home to relax in, and the nearby beaches are beautiful! New beautiful front lawn!

Central air conditioning. Downstairs includes a spacious well appointed kitchen with bar stools for chatting and plenty of dining space, two relaxing and comfortable living areas, a king bedroom, and a full bath. Upstairs has three bedrooms with a shared full bath. A backyard deck for grilling in the evening after a day at the beach or ponds. While we don't have cable tv, we offer the ability to stream alternatives on a large television.

Amenities include washer/dryer, propane grill, wifi, keyless entry, central A/C, beach chairs, beach toys, and off-street parking for 3 cars. We have sheets and towels available (which must be washed upon leaving); or, you can rent linens locally or bring your own.

Beautiful neighborhood to walk, bike, or scooter. You can walk to Blueberry Pond or Sol Pond. Also, a quick (9-minute) drive away from Linnell Landing; and close to Crosby Beach, Sheep's Pond, and Long Pond. A short drive to Ocean Edge Resort, Cobie's, Brewster General Store, Snowy Owl Coffee Roasters, Eat Cake 4 Breakfast, and numerous downtown Brewster restaurants. Two inflatable kayaks are available for use. Two adult bikes are available for use.

Close to Orleans and easy access to Chatham. Sunset is nine minutes away at the Brewster beaches. We are close to Nickerson State Park and the Cape Cod bike trail. read more show less

    The decor of every room was beautiful and the large bedrooms and remodeled bathrooms were perfect for our family. The remodeled kitchen was immaculate and well stocked. The new deck and outdoor shower were perfect after a day at the beach. We will definitely be returning. John P. August 2021.

    Jessica and Derrick's home was beautiful and centrally located for a wonderful stay in Cape Cod. The home was well decorated, clean, and looked very new. It had all the amenities needed for indoor cooking, outdoor barbecue, beach toys to use, and washer/dryer. The beds were very comfortable and central air conditioner cooled the home comfortably. The outdoor space was very nice as well. What we appreciated most was how suitable the home was for kids with extra touches such as blackout curtains, pack & play, board games, movies, books, and a small obstacle course in the backyard! We also appreciated the tech - TV having Netflix, Disney+, YouTube TV (which made for good rainy days), coded keyless entry, and Nest temp control. Best recommendation is to visit Linnell beach for sunset, grab drinks/food on the lawn at Ocean Edge, and get some bikes to ride along Cape Cod Rail Trail. We would definitely come again! Ps. I recommend renting sheets from Cape Cod Linen Rental to make things easier. They were great! For king sheets make sure you get the deep pocket sheets. show more show less

    Jessica and Derrick live in the suburbs outside Boston and are lucky to have a second home in Brewster to share with our three boys and you! We love being able to spend time at the beach and visit the amazing restaurants and activities Brewster has to offer. Jessica grew up going to Cape with family and friends and appreciates all the beauty the Cape has to offer us throughout the year.

    What is special about this property?
    We love how our home feels spacious. The kitchen has lots of cooking space, bar stools for chatting and a big table for eating. When we are hanging out with the family we feel we can be in the same room comfortably or we can go to our own spots. We love having two sitting rooms and a beautiful deck. The outdoor shower is perfect after a day at the beach. The kids love scootering in the neighborhood, the backyard games and walking down to the pond.

    What is special about your town?
    Brewster is beautiful!! The beaches are amazing and the sunsets are glorious. Many options for dinner, drinks, coffee, breakfast and drinks. East Brewster is close to Orleans which gives you even more choices for beaches ( Nauset 15 minutes away), restaurants and shops. In Brewster we love spending time at the Bay Beaches, Cliff Pond, Sheep's Pond and visiting the Brewster Store! In July we enjoy attending the Brewster Whitecap games with hopes of catching a ball and the summer baseball camp is a hidden gem in Cape Cod. On a cool day we go for hikes along hidden paths, visit Drummer Boy Park or fly a kite on the flats. Last but not even close to least, the bike paths provide lots of enjoyment for biking.
