We had a wonderful stay at Brewster House! The house was beautiful and very well equipped with everything we could need - from nice kayaks to beach chairs to lots of towels and high-end linens. The sunroom and deck were our favorite spots to read, eat meals, have cocktails and hang out. Sunsets were amazing! We have rented many houses in the mid-Cape and lower-Cape but this was by far the best. We continue to love Brewster as a home base with easy access to many of our favorite spots and restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this lovely home on Upper Mill Pond. Our granddaughters (age 6 and 8) loved playing, swimming and kayaking in the "pond" (more like a lake); an added feature was child-sized life jackets! And we appreciated the beautiful view of the water at sunset from the deck. The house was roomy and comfortable, well furnished and clean, and it provided everything we needed for a home away from home. We hope to stay here again.

Spent a week here for our annual vacation. The house was perfect - clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, etc. The back screened in porch provided enough room for all 10 of us to eat and play games at night. The deck was beautiful overlooking the pond - coffee in the mornings and a nice glass of wine at night watching the sunset was amazing. The pond was a huge hit! All of us used it daily for a swim, kayaking and paddle boarding. It was truly lifesaving as many of the ocean beaches were closed for swimming due to sharks! Brewster was a cute town with many shops and local sites to see. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to truly unwind and relax!

The Brewster House was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 (3 boys ages 23, 18, 16) and grandparents. The comfortable bedrooms being situated on one side of the house, offered a very quiet area to rest anytime during the day.

The owner's attention to detail, and all amenities needed during our stay, was outstanding. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing on crystal clear Upper Mill Pond. The house is centrally located; it's a great jump off point to explore all of Cape Cod has to offer from the hiking trails around the corner to the beautiful beaches to the golf courses. The large shaded deck is a huge plus to take in all the amazing beautiful views of the pond all day long! The private, quiet neighborhood provided added relaxation to our amazing stay.

The newly renovated kitchen fully stocked with all your needs provided all comforts of home. Also, the entire house was super clean and tidy!

The sunroom was a favorite spot for our family's board games, puzzles and morning coffee.

Hoping to come back again next summer!

I'm so glad I found this listing! The views from the very open floor plan and the great wrap around deck was more than I expected. This is the first time renting and this house had everything one would need on a vacation. From the kitchen through the bedrooms, the house was spanking clean! The beds had above average mattresses and pillows!! I was pleasantly impressed!! Now, if the weather had been cooperative it would have been a plus, cannot dictate that! Lol!

This was our third visit to this wonderful property. We have always been very impressed with its accommodations, spaciousness, location, beachy decor, comfort and the availability of everything we could possibly need for an enjoyable vacation.We were beyond impressed with the beautifully renovated kitchen. The picture does not do it justice. All the new appliances, flooring. Countertops, cabinets, backsplash and paint made for a very bright and cheery kitchen. The vintage style fridge added a splash of color and whimsy.
Our thanks to the owner for the time and thought he puts into everything he continues to do to make this property beautiful, comfortable and the perfect place to stay during a visit to the Cape.

Our family of 4 plus a very happy dog were fortunate enough to stay here for a week in late July 2022. The house is in a lovely neighborhood, great for walks, and conveniently located near the Hering Run. Location too is ideal as it's a lovely part of the Cape and easy to access beaches and Nickerson State Park. The interior of the home has been moderately renovated since the current owners took ownership. Additionally, they have finished the home nicely with modern furniture and cape-vibe artwork and provided all that a young family might require from comfortable mattresses and beach towels to arm chairs, extra fold-out sofas to a big TV great for movie night. The House layout is pretty fantastic too with bedrooms separated from the main living area. The living room is big and is has incredible sunset views of Mill Pond which is easily accessible through a sunroom and back deck. Down a sweet path in the backyard and down to a small (but all you really need) dock. Lifevests and kayaks as well as several paddle boards were made available for us which our family really made use of. Swimming in the pond was great too and if go back again we hope to bring some fishing rods. Thank you so much to the owners for a wonderful stay and for making our visit special. Our Family of 5 adults and 2 grand-kids were well accommodated by this exceptional home! Plenty of space for all to relax - large living room, great sunroom, and nice sized/furnished deck made this very roomy and comfortable. The 3 bedrooms/2 baths on the main level, plus the pullout couches/1 bath on the lower level gave all good privacy. We usually avoid these 3 bedroom/pull-out couch arrangements because the pullouts usually aren't private - but here the lower level became a suite!! Perfect!

The kitchen was easy and wonderful to cook in, having pretty much everything and anything you needed. The exceptional thought that was put into preparing this home for vacationers was reflected throughout the property.

The lake was magnificent! Views from the deck superb anytime and breathtaking at sunset! The lake access was key for us. We brought our own kayaks and along with the kayaks provided at the house we were able to enjoy many hours of great paddling as a family. The lake was warm, with a shallow sandy bottom that the kids could walk out quite a distance. They loved so much they didn't want to leave the house to explore the Cape!

The location of the house in Brewster proved to be central to many activities - the bay beaches (quite a treat at low tide), Chatham, Hyannis (we did the ferry to Nantucket) and other attractions.

Overall, very impressed with this property! We'll no doubt be looking here again next year, and would highly recommend this house!

This was our second visit to this lovely Brewster home and we were impressed with the many new additions. We immediately noticed the absence of the large tree in front of the house which allowed for a more open view of the house, more light inside and additional plantings in the gardens. Inside, the whimsical wallpaper and new vanity and fixtures added a cheerful updated look to the hall bathroom. We particularly liked the new ship lap accent wall in the master bedroom with its soothing sage green color.
Outside, the enlarged dock allowed additional seating. A second stand up paddle board was put to good use by the two girls while my husband and I enjoyed the two kayaks.
The updates and additions are evidence that the owner takes pride in his home and continuously strives to provide his renters with a welcoming and restful vacation.
On this visit our grandaughter brought a friend. She shared my grandaughter's wish to "just live here all the time.
The girls claimed the downstairs den as their own private kids zone. Having their own tv and a variety of board games kept them quite busy when we weren't outdoors enjoying all that Brewster has to offer. The girls loved having the opportunity to play mini-golf, hike and swim at Nickerson State Park, and shell seek on the Brewster Flats at low tide all within a few miles of this wonderful home's location.
From breakfast in the sunroom to watching sunsets on the lake from the deck ,our family treasured every moment of our vacation at this wonderful home.

It is hard to know where to start because each aspect of our visit was exactly as you can only hope it to be. Communication with the owner was quick, friendly and detailed, which we SO appreciated as we hadn't been to the area before. It was our first family vacation with our young daughter so trying to find the perfect house in the perfect place, brought up a lot of questions. Mostly about the amenities in the house and let me tell you- this place is stocked!! The house came with linens (beds dressed, towels, etc) which saved us so much packing- all of the little details had been thought through. Things like bug spray, coffee pods, even dog bowls were available, plus a VERY WELL EQUIPPED kitchen. It really just had everything we could have needed, which we were so thankful for on our nights in.

When we arrived it was easy to get in and get settled and start taking in the views. The house was spotless and the decor was just SO LOVELY. The bedrooms were a great size and all down a single hallway which had a door you could close, which was WONDERFUL for the sleeping baby while the rest of us enjoyed ourself on the sunporch, deck or living room. The master is unreal--- take the master and treat yourself haha!!

While looking for the washing machine, we discovered the full bottom floor as well. It was AMAZING to have a full laundry room with ironing board and steamer. There was another bathroom (which made 3) and another living room with the most beautiful decor. There were even seats outside on that level and an outdoor shower, although we didn't ever need to use it. We had some other family members joining us for a few days and having that separate space allowed everyone to socialize or just have some "you" time.

THEN THERE IS THE OUTSIDE. The sunroom is a gem and the deck is a game changer. We spent far more time just sitting there staring at the pond then we would have ever anticipated.
On day two we made it down to the dock. We just wanted to check out the kayaks & paddle-boards (I had always wanted to try that) but then we found there were chairs down there too and we just sat for a while talking and listening to the water while the grandparents had their special baby time. We needed that.

The Brewster House is now such a special place for our family, one we hope we can visit every year. A place where our daughter will make the BEST memories with her family. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. We are so thankful to have found this house on this beautiful pond!!!

My husband and I spent three weeks at this property, and we adored every single minute of it. The house is just incredible--the photos just don't begin to do it justice! The location is an absolute gem, with beautiful waterfront views and a path straight down to Upper Mill Pond, which is amazing at dawn and at sunset. The layout of the house is incredibly thoughtful and clearly was carefully designed to maximize quality of living for guests. We love to cook, and found the kitchen to be absolutely top-notch and the dining areas perfect for enjoying our meals while taking in the gorgeous surroundings. The property is perfect for couples and young families, and we would especially recommend it for people who like to host. We had the best time, and were so sad to leave. We would come back every summer if we could!

Our Family had a wonderful vacation. 6 adults and 3 grand-kids. (1,2 &3yrs)The master was plenty big for my daughter and husband and 2 porta cribs. My son and wife had the queen room with a porta crib worked out fine. The house had everything we needed we just had to pack our clothes, which was a BIG plus!!!

It was very clean and comfortable. One thing missing was a lobster pot and crackers but we survived lol!!! My grand-kids loved the play room downstairs and the toys that were there, for some reason they loved the orange ball and played with it all week.

The use of the paddle board and kayaks was a plus. We used them daily. The view was amazing and the sunsets were beautiful. Loved the location away from all the craziness but easy drive to go anywhere.

We would differently rent again. Pat was great to work with and there to help with what ever we needed.

From the moment we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of room this home offered our family. We had seven adults, a baby and dogs and yet never felt on top of each other.

This property provided the best of both worlds. Easy access to bay beaches and steps to pristine upper mill pond. Many days we started out thinking we were headed for the beach, but changed our minds and stayed at the house. Paddle boards, kayaks and fresh clean water was just too enticing. The home provided everything we needed for the week and so much more.

This was a 5 star rental for my whole family and we hope to have the opportunity to rent it again in the future.

My family and I loved the home so much we wish we spent more time there in between all our sightseeing and the beach! We enjoyed some kayaking on the pond and some night air on the deck. They had all the little things at the home as well for you to use!

Would definitely recommend to anyone. Pictures don't do it justice.

The Brewster rental is the best equipped unit that we have stayed in. The kitchen was fully equipped and had enough dishes, silverware, pots and pans for a large party. The unit is spacious with an excellent room layout. We never felt crowded.

All the living areas are at one end of the house and the sleeping areas at the other end. There is even a door to close off the sleeping areas. The living room is large and has plenty of windows to let lots of light in. The enclosed sunroom is great for playing board games.The deck is large and is great for having a morning cup of coffee on a nice day. It provide a great sunset view.

The dock provided access to the pond. You can take a tour around the pond with the two kayaks and paddleboard provided.

My family and I just returned from spending a week in this lovely home in Brewster, MA. The first thing you notice when entering the front door is the spectacular view of Upper Mill Pond. The living room is spacious and very comfortable. My son particularly enjoyed the very large screen TV.

Most of our meals were eaten in the sunroom where we took advantage of the sunset views over the pond and access to the oversized deck. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, soaps and paper goods. There was nothing we needed that wasn't provided.

The bedrooms were very good size with comfortable pillows and mattresses. We took advantage of the kayaks and standup paddle board, and the children enjoyed swimming in the clear pond water. Although we didn't use the corn hole set or the hammock, they were available for our use.

The house was located close to Brewster beaches, and was only a short 30 minute drive to the beaches on the Cape Cod National Seashore. Many restaurants are within a few minutes ride from the house, as well as mini-golf and hiking trails.

We were all sad to have our week come to an end. We highly recommend a stay at this house for a wonderful Cape Cod get away.

Perfect home on a beautiful serene pond surrounded by trees! The house has all the amenities of home and plenty of the extras to make it even better. On my next visit I will be certain to venture out and take advantage of all the trails close by and spend some time on that peaceful pond just feet away from the deck.

House comes with EVERYTHING, even two red kayaks!
