Totally enjoyed our stay at The Turquoise Rooster! Lovely, modern accommodations along with a bright and airy atmosphere was just the ticket for a relaxing Cape escape. The condo was immaculately clean and easy to care for, as well. A short walk to the pool and private beach to take in those magnificent sunsets provided the perfect ending to the day. Thank you Jacalyn for being such a good host. Terrific in every way - will definitely be back!

This Turquoise Rooster was extremely welcoming. It is situated in a nice condo community. We were able to walk the short distance to the bay to enjoy its high and low tides PLUS use the community's pool.

The house was equipped with everything we needed. There was plenty of space for our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 children). It's a five star rental.

We stayed at Jacalyn's Brewster house for a week in August. The location couldn't be beat with convenient access to the private beach, pool, and tennis courts. The house was set up perfectly for our 2 families, with the sunroom off the dining area as a bonus for my daughter who wanted privacy. The small beach house with a bathroom and outdoor shower and the communal beach chair storage hut at the beach was a nice convenience. The house was beautifully decorated and felt brand new. Jacalyn was very responsive and the binder of local information was helpful. Looking forward to our next vacation there! show more show less

We loved our stay at the Turquoise Rooster. The home was recently updated and felt clean and as if everything was brand new. The Sears Point neighborhood has a gorgeous beach with a perfect sunset view.

The owner was easily available to answer any questions that we had and made us feel right at home. We loved not having to bring linens with us and that the home was also used by the homeowners so there were some condiments on hand and we didn't end up having to run to the store daily.

We also loved being able to use the neighborhood pool and although we didn't make time for it, having the tennis courts was another great feature. Thank you for making our time at your home so easy and enjoyable!

Perfectly appointed unit with everything we needed easily at hand. So thoughtfully decorated that just walking in the door felt like a letting out a deep breath and sinking into a beach chair.

We would rather cook most nights than go out or bring food in. This was a fully equipped kitchen that was fun to cook in. Loved the open floor plan so we could socialize while cooking.

Very comfortable place to hang out with the family and great spaces when you need a little time apart. The master bedroom is luxurious with a comfy bed and a sitting area. Walk in closet with room to change your clothes in. The little day room off of the dining area was clutch for the kids when it was adult time.

Easy walk to the private beach. The pictures don't do it justice. Sunsets were stunning and if you have never seen low tide on the Brewster flats... I'm at a loss for words. Bring a camera. It is a one of a kind beach experience. You can walk out for a mile and not get to the ocean proper. Make sure to carry a net so you poke around in the tide pools.

The whole experience was seamless. We are looking forward to staying again. show more show less
