The perfect getaway for a relaxing week on the Cape!

This piece of paradise sits on an acre of land with a private drive, parking and a private backyard area with plenty of room There is an outdoor living space with fire pit/eating area including Adirondack chairs. A large deck off the kitchen has a gas grill to enjoy BBQing. There's an outdoor shower located conveniently off the deck to soothe in after a day at the beach!

The two story home has all updated amenities including wireless internet for you to use. The main floor is an open concept that includes a sunroom with a smart TV, the kitchen with a dining area to enjoy meals, a sitting area with a couch and chairs, a living room with a sectional couch and smart TV, as well as a dining room area to seat six guest. The open-floor plan and many windows allow for natural lighting throughout the home. There is a full-bath on the main level with a washer and dryer located in the basement.

All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and twin bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There is one full bathroom in the hallway between these two bedrooms.

Nearby: Beaches, bike trails, Sesuit Harbor, fabulous and quaint restaurants, boutique shopping, local artists, 711, Dunkin' Donuts, and liquor stores.

Linens and towels are provided. Number of guests limited to 6 and the number of automobiles limited to 4. An additional $250 cleaning fee applies to rentals. read more show less

    Outstanding Property!

    I would recommend this very private property to anyone seeking a calm and enjoyable stay in Cape Cod!
    The house was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. The large open living and dining spaces easily accommodated our group for gathering, eating and lounging outdoors. The kitchen was well appointed if you enjoy cooking meals in.
    This home is situated on a very large lot with plenty of parking. The different outdoor seating areas gave everyone space to gather or you could quietly read a book while lounging in the hammock. We especially enjoyed lazy mornings sipping coffee on the deck before heading out for a walk or bike ride to the beach.
    I highly recommend this property, and we will definitely rent this property again!
