Charming Brewster Cottage near Seymour Pond and Bike Path

Can't say enough positives things about this property! We had not been on the Cape since the summer of 2019, and decided last minute that we couldn't let another summer go by without being on the cape. Nikhil was so wonderful to work with. The house had all the comforts of home. The beds were super comfortable, and the Kitchen was amazingly well stocked. Nikhil even had body wash, shampoo and conditioner available in every shower.
The location was great. We are avid cyclists and getting to the Rail Trail from the house was a breeze. Also enjoyed the private beach on Seymour pond in the afternoons.

What a great place to stay for a vacation!

* Great location: easy walking distance to all the natural resources of Brewster - pond, lake, ocean and Cape Cod Rail trail for walking, running and biking.
* Less than 3 miles to arguably the best bayside beaches on Cape Cod; we enjoyed swimming at Crosby and walking out at low tide on Brewster's famous flats. And we kayaked at Paine's Creek beach as well. Absolutely beautiful!
* A fully renovated home top to bottom - with central AC; after spending the day outside in the heat having fun, the AC was a big win!
* Great lighting for those who enjoy reading at night, something that is often overlooked in vacation rentals
* Comfortable beds!
* And the owner was wonderful to work with!

We stayed at this lovely home for the second straight summer, and just like last time, had a wonderful time. The home is the perfect size for our family of three + small dog, with a master bedroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen and bathrooms are all very recently updated and modern, and the bedrooms are good-sized and very nicely furnished. Everything feels shiny, new, and well-looked after.

There is a large yard out back, which was perfect for our very active 8 year old. And the neighborhood itself is nice and very quiet, set apart from the main roads, with very little traffic. It's very peaceful taking the short walk to the nearby pond. We also found the location perfect - very close to the rail trail and the quiet pond swimming beaches, and a short drive to the Brewster main street, restaurants, etc. and bay-side beaches.

Finally, the house is just extremely thoughtfully appointed. The linens and towels were all provided, and the house had all of the items you would need for a stay (dishes, cooking pots, utensils, toiletries, paper goods, beach chairs, umbrellas, board games, streaming TV, etc.). It's clear that the owner Nikhil has given a lot of thought to what guests will need, and communication with him was always prompt and efficient.

My family and I just returned from a great week at the Cape and stayed in this wonderful home. Although we've vacationed at the Cape for many years, this was a first staying in Brewster. This house is centrally located, with easy access of Route 6, near the rail trails and a short drive to Brewster center.

The house was extremely comfortable, and tastefully decorated, with newly updated interior furnishings, kitchen, and bathrooms. Everything was clean and spotless when we arrived and the owner provided extras like beach chairs and even a dog crate so we didn't have to bring our own. It really felt like a home away from home.

The owner was a pleasure to deal with, responded immediately to our rental inquiry, and was just a phone call or text away if there were any questions during our stay. I would highly recommend this home for your next Cape getaway! show more show less

My family including our dog just had an amazing week at this property. The house is newly updated and very clean. The owners were extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Definitely the nicest cape rental we've had! Highly recommended!

We just finished a week-long stay at this wonderful home. We have been renting in Brewster/Harwich/Chatham for many years and have stayed at many, many homes, and this is one of the best we have stayed at. Everything is newly renovated, very modern and clean, and the house is very well-equipped, with every convenience and lots of thoughtful touches that made staying here very easy. At no point did we ever feel we were missing an item.

The home is extremely comfortable and quite warm and cozy. The dining area, in particular, is a lovely place, with high ceilings and lots of light. And the bedrooms are all surprisingly large, with plenty of space. The central AC is very effective and kept the temperature in the home just right. The backyard is spacious and shady, and good for both our 7 year old and our small dog.

The location is also terrific. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, with a short walk to the local pond. The beach there is pretty small, but the Long Pond beach is very close by, and access to the bike trail is very close as well. And it is only a 5 minute drive or so to get to the Brewster beaches and maybe 7-8 minutes to all of the restaurants and stores in Brewster.

Finally, the host Nikhil is wonderful. Very responsive to questions and concerns. He checked in with us to make sure everything was alright, and had great recommendations for restaurants, bakeries, and the rest. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future. show more show less

Just had an amazing family vacation in Brewster!

Nikhil was a pleasure to deal with and was quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. There were 6 of us (2 adults & 4 girls) along with one small dog staying at the cottage. We never felt crowded, as there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out inside the house. The deck and spacious yard were an added bonus. We enjoyed using the fire pit and hammock.

The cottage was extremely clean and had all of the amenities we could've wanted. The outdoor shower came in handy when returning from the beach.

Nikhil allowed us to use the bikes and scooters inside the garage, and the girls used them daily. It's a short walk and very quick bike ride to the pond. The neighborhood was very peaceful and perfect for walking our dog. The location puts you a close drive to the Brewster beaches, as well as Chatham, Dennis and Harwich. We took advantage of this spot and hit them all!

We would highly recommend this cottage for any family looking for a private and peaceful spot, while staying close to all of the action.

Nikhil and his wife Sarah were phenomenal people to rent from! Their home was sparkling clean upon arrival and had everything we needed to have a successful week on the cape with our dogs. We so appreciated the responsiveness of Nikhil and Sarah. They even sent us a $25 gift card for dinner at a local restaurant the night we arrived! They are so open to feedback on how they can improve your time at their home.

We very much enjoyed our stay here -- the kitchen and bathrooms are all recently renovated, nicely designed and well-stocked with practically everything you need (and probably didn't remember to pack!)

The lot is large enough for the kids to run around a bit, and the deck very nice for bbq-ing and dining outdoors. Location is great: quiet residential neighborhood, just a few minutes walk to Seymour Pond and a quick drive to the Brewster beach (and the amazing tidal flats), local groceries, restaurants, etc.

The owner has put a great deal of thought and care into providing for the needs of renters (he's even put together a resource binder for suggestions and directions to local attractions), and is quick to respond to respond to any questions or concerns. Our family of 4 had a wonderful week at this charming home! The house has been beautifully renovated, was very clean, had plenty of space (including garage space for our bikes), comfy beds, and plenty of amenities (kids loved the game space in the basement!).
