Beautiful Cape Cod home for rent at the end of a quiet dead end road. Cozy front entrance into an open living room with an L shaped breakfast bar separating the kitchen from the living room. The living room has a couch, 2 comfy chairs with a fireplace and 52 inch TV and Internet. The Kitchen has all brand new appliances and cabinets. The kitchen is supplied with a Keurig coffee maker, a microwave oven as well as lots of cookware, pots and pans. There is an Instapot, pressure cooker, and small crockpot available for use as well as a popcorn maker. There is service for 8 people. The dining table sits 6 people and there are additional stools at the breakfast bar.

There is a sliding glass door coming off the Kitchen that opens to a large patio area great for grilling and an outdoor shower great for after the beach.
There is also a large gazebo with seating for 8 people as well as solar lighting for evening visits.
The back yard is private, quiet and peacful. The back yard is fenced in with plenty of room for Corn hole, Yard Darts and or just relaxing.

There are 2 Mini split AC units, one upostairs and one downstairs.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms each with queen size beds, big closets for lots of storage, and one with an additional small TV with a DVD player.

The bathroom upstairs has a large walk in shower with a vanity and stackable washer and dryer.

Downstairs there are 2 rooms with daybeds with trundle beds below to sleep at least 4 people. One room has a sink with running water and storage beneath and walkout sliding glass doors that can be covered from the outside with sliding barn doors. It also has a full bathroom with tub and shower with vanity.

The paved driveway provides space for plenty of parking.

There is a shed on the property with 4 garbage receptacles with trash pick up.

The property is located off Route 6A in Brewster, the Brewster bay beaches are approximately 1-2 miles away.
Multiple places to dine out if you feel like a fancy night at The Brewster Fish House or a casual dinner at Kate's Seafood. There are lots of activities to be had from Brewster Natural History Museum, Nickerson State Park, The Brewster Dog Park and across the street there is Quivet Creek, which one can kayak or paddle board out to Cape Cod Bay.

    Brewster Rental

    We recently stayed at this cape home for a week in August. The location was perfect, close to beaches and on the quiet side of the cape. The house was comfortable with a nice open floor plan on the main floor, with two roomy bedrooms, the mattresses seemed newer and they were quite comfortable. The lower level had two day beds with trundels and another full bath. The outdoor living space was a nice bonus and it was very peaceful and secluded. We enjoyed our stay.     Wonderful stay in Brewster

    I've stayed at many vacation rentals and this one felt more like a second home than a rental! There was everything I could ask for from comfortable furniture and beds to a fully stocked kitchen. Even a fenced in yard for my mini Bernadoodle to run around while we sat in outside enjoying the yard. The hosts were so easy to work with and I will hopefully stay here again next summer!

    Lovely Cape Rental

    This is a comfortable, well maintained home in a perfect location! My parents, husband and I, along with our small dog and a revolving cast of adult kids and friends spent a wonderful week here. The living and dining area is a little small for more than 4 people, but it works especially considering the outdoor space as it is perfect for games, morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. It is ~2 miles to gorgeous bayside beaches and close to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. The owners are amazing and very responsive. They came right over when the air conditioner had a leak and mailed us back a credit card that was accidentally left behind. Highly recommend! show more show less

    Beautiful Brewster Home

    Spent a lovely June week here. Location is near everything Brewster has to offer, yet remote enough we saw a deer grazing in the woods from the living room window. The home was beautiful and immaculate and the kitchen well designed. Was a perfect place for our dogs, too! We forgot our dog bowls and the owner had plenty already there for our use.
    We hope to return!

    Fabulous Cape Vacation

    We just got home today from the most fantastic two weeks on the cape. The house is adorable and immaculate. It is exactly how it is described. Our family had a great time, the house was cool even when it was 95 degrees outside. We will definitely be back??

    The Sanctuary

    Really enjoyed your home for the Columbus day weekend.
    The privacy and solitude were remarkable.
    The outside canopy setup was a joy to sit at and relax with coffee.
    It was so quiet and it was nice to enjoy nature around us and the warm breezes as we sat there.

    Beautiful home, gracious hosts, outstanding location!

    Our experience was incredible from start to finish, and we enthusiastically recommend this rental home! Leann and Darryl were very kind, appropriately communicative and clearly cared about our experience. This was evident from the thoughtful gift upon arrival right to the thank you card we received afterwards.

    We had a couple questions along the way and they promptly responded. The home itself has just been renovated and just felt so warm and welcoming. As fun as our days around the Cape were, we also really enjoyed our time in the home as well. We found the location to be incredibly convenient, just off 6A and literally two minutes to a local beach and about 10 minutes to Mayflower Beach. It also was a quick ride to Dennis, Chatham, Orleans and Eastham, and not far from Wellfleet, Truro and P-town.

    We absolutely loved our time in this home and the whole rental experience couldn't have been more convenient. Thank you so much, Leann and Darryl!!! Hope to rent from you again next year!

    My name is Darryl Swanson, I was born and raised on cape Cod. I have owned my own buisness for 25 years in construction field. I love getting away to our property in Vermont with my Chocolate lab, Olly, and my Wash a shore wife, Leann
    Leann was raised in Douglas, MA, we met 25 years ago and we still make a great team. Leann is a Nurse Practitioner at the Local Carewell Urgent Care in Dennis, MA. She has been there for 5 years and counting.
    Leann loves to paddle board and kayak wherever and whenever she can.
    We hope you ejoy it as much as we do.

    What is special about this property?
    The special thing about our property is that it's quiet, private and abuts conservation land. It's great because you can walk across the street and Paddle board or Kayak, or take a hike in the woods.

    What is special about your town?
    Brewster has a lot of historical places as well a the Brewster Bay, which at low tide you can walk for miles. Brewster has the most conservation land and no big chain stores. Cape Cod Baseball has some of the best baseball you'll ever watch.
