Second bedroom has a double bed bunk beds with lots of light. 

All new furniture, sheets and kitchen accessories. Beach chairs and umbrella.

Spacious backyard patio with lounge area, grill fire pit and outdoor shower.

    Couldn't have asked for a better setting!

    We just spent three weeks at this gem of a cottage. The location was perfect for us. Down a private road but yet just minutes to the beach, the Cape Cod Rail Trail and Brewster shops and restaurants, we could not have asked for a more special setting. We loved sitting outside in the peaceful back and side yards for breakfast, lunch or dinner in a quiet, wooded setting. The owner was very responsive to anything we needed and provided a great list of local restaurants, and grocery stores. Missing it already! show more show less

    Wonderful house had everything I needed. Great location, quiet yet convenient. Owner attentive. Place was immaculate. Would definitely stay here again.
