Description

Start your day with a morning coffee and your own personal symphony of birds singing in your backyard. Then head to one of Brewster’s nature trails or famous freshwater kettle ponds for fishing and recreation. Just want to relax? Then you are only 1.1 miles to Paines Creek Beach and the Brewster flats; one of Brewster’s 8 beaches to visit! Up for shopping? Famous Rt. 6A will not disappoint.

The home is conveniently located and tastefully decorated. There is parking for four automobiles and can comfortably sleep 6. If you are looking for a yard to enjoy during your stay, then look no further. There is a screened in Gazebo for bug free outdoor enjoyment. Our backyard has one of the biggest fire pits that you will see on the cape. Use the Weber Gas grille for those “let’s eat at home” kind of nights and sit by the fire pit to discuss the day’s adventures. Oh yeah, can’t forget to mention the Outdoor shower!

Step inside and you will enjoy the comfort of central A/C and be surprised by the vaulted living room ceiling. We offer 2 large screen TVs, Xfinity Internet and Cable, two bedrooms (one with its own ½ bath suite), and a loft for the adventure seekers of your group. The lower-lower walk out suite includes its own Roku TV, Giant Retro Ice Cream Sign, a washing machine and dryer, and a trundle bed under the Queen. The upstairs primary bedroom has a King-Sized bed and is next to the full bath. The loft has two twin beds. In the main living area, there is a modern stereo, made to look 70’s retro, that can play radio, albums, CDs, and Bluetooth. Rainy day? Many board games and puzzles available to complete while listening to vintage vinyl!

As you can see from the pictures, there are many things to do in and around the Brewster area. It’s a wonderful location because you can easily reach different parts of cape cod that you might not normally visit if on the south side of route 6 or close to the canal. Brewster is also home to the Brewster Whitecaps of the Cape Cod Baseball League.

    Relaxing Summer Stay

    This location is great. Centralized to all areas you might want to visit on the Cape and as well as being a beautiful home to do it from. The place offered all the room we needed for our family and pet. It was very clean and all the amenities worked. I was a little concerned about being located on 6A but honestly this was a complete nonissue. Coming and going was easy and you are set back from the road so I never heard any traffic. Also loved that the park is right down the road and great place to take your dog for a walk. Will definitely consider this as a place to revisit again next year. show more show less

    A perfect Cape getaway

    What an amazing getaway!
    This property has everything you need for a great vacation: close to shops and beaches. There are often craft or antique fairs and events in the park within walking distance. Close to many restaurants and diners. The house has 2 great bedrooms and an overflow loft. The gazebo is perfect for morning coffee or dinner al fresco. The outdoor shower is great for post-beach sand removal; ensure you visit Brewster Flats. What a firepit!

    We have been renting on Cape Cod since 1996. In 2021 we were finally able to buy our own home.
    It is with great pleasure that we share our little slice of Brewster with you.

    Last summer was our first summer renting and we found that it was nice to be able to share our home with others.

    We have used many short-term rentals over the years and feel that we have incorporated many best practices into our home and rental. You will find that we are low key and easy going. Our property is a really nice and private get-away that we are happy to once again be sharing in 2023.

    What is special about this property?
    What we love most about this property is the land that it sits on. There is a Gazebo that is screened in for bug free evenings and morning coffee. There is a very private backyard that has one of the biggest firepits you will see at a rental. Lastly, there is room for four vehicles.

    Inside is really well done. Gail has a great eye and knows how to decorate. You will be surprised at how much room that you will have.

    What is special about your town?
    We love is the location of the property. It's easy to get to Brewster and East Dennis beaches, lakes, ponds, nature trails, Cape Cod Natural History Museum, and even a Dunkin Donuts!
