All bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor: Bedroom #1 - king with full bath and A/C, Bedroom #2 - 2 twins & A/C, Bedroom #3 - 1 twin & A/C. The living room provides guests with a TV & A/C unit for cooling down. Off the dining room you'll find slider doors leading outside to the large private yard with furnished outdoor deck, enclosed outdoor shower, and both a gas and charcoal grill. Additional amenities include WIFI, Iron & Ironing board, and driveway parking for 4 cars.
