Punkhorn Parklands, 835 acres of hiking trails, horseback riding, and freshwater lakes are one mile from the house. Cape Cod History Museum on the bay is also one mile away. National Seashore beaches, golfing, and restaurants are nearby.

The house is a 3 bedroom home that sleeps 8 people. All bedrooms are upstairs and 2 have Cathedral ceilings. The master bedroom has a queen bed, television, and a private deck looking over the yard. A second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a bunk bed. All bedrooms are Air Conditioned. There is also a full bathroom with an extra large new bathtub. There is a Futon on the first floor for a guest.<br /> <br /> The first floor of the house has a large modern kitchen and has been newly restored with granite counters and new appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to cook for many people. There is a long dining room with a table that can seat 8 people. There is a table that seats 6 just off the kitchen on the side deck. There is a living room with television, DVD, stereo, and Wi-Fi, a small sitting room with a futon. There is also a bathroom with a shower, washer and dryer.<br /> <br /> Outside, there are 2 large decks with 2 dining tables and Adirondack chairs.
