A/C, brand new kitchen with island seating for 4, new stainless appliances, cabinets, drink fridge, new hardwood floors. 2nd floor laundry, double vanity, all new beds and mattresses for super comfy sleeps. and view out onto acres of conservation land in the backyard.

New patio has a fire pit with seating for everyone and new dining and lounge furniture, a new outdoor shower, and a gas grill. Very private and quiet, it's the perfect spot to read a book or have a cocktail in the late afternoon, or maybe you'd love to sip coffee and meditate before the rest of the world wakes...

Bring or rent kayaks, SUPs, and canoes. Long Pond accessible in the same neighborhood.

Spacious living room includes multiple sitting areas for games, TV - room for all and for sharing laughs with friends and family.

There are two newly updated full baths - one upstairs and one down. Upstairs bath contains a new laundry area.

Upstairs is a large primary bedroom with a king bed and desk.

A second bedroom has a queen bed, and a third bedroom is home to a new bunk bed that includes a twin, full, and trundle twin.

The lower level has additional a shiplapped living area with a large tv, and pull-out sleeper sofa.

Rentals subject to $250 cleaning fee and 14.45% local lodging taxes.

    Wonderful Stay

    You know it's a fantastic vacation home when you're as sad to say goodbye to the house as you are to the vacation. I honestly can't say enough good things about this property.

    The location was perfect. Situated in a quiet, lovely neighborhood, this home was a wonderful place to relax. It was an easy walk to two neighborhood ponds, and we could also get to the beaches in Brewster, Orleans and Harwich in no time!

    The house was extremely well equipped. Cookware, dishware, linens, toiletries ... we had everything we needed and then some. And the furnishings were as comfortable as they were attractive.

    We had one small hiccup with a piece of faulty equipment, but Christine and Steve responded immediately and had the problem fixed in no time. Communication with both was pleasant and timely from the first contact to the last.

    We hope to return next year!

    AMAZING vacation! We have rented on the Cape for 17 years and have never had such a positive experience. The home is immaculate, brand new, yet feels like home. Inside you find 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths PLUS central air! Beautiful new kitchen and living room. Grounds outside are beautiful, quiet yet walkable to the pond. Added bonus is a firepit and Adirondack chairs plus a table for 6 to dine outside. Christine & Steve were extremely responsive on a few questions before and during our stay.     Amazing property

    We have stayed at another listing with the same hosts. Christine and Steve never fail to amaze us. This home has been refinished from top to bottom. It's right out of a magazine. The house is clean and feels like home. There is room for extended family. You can walk less than a 1/4 mile to one pond and 1/2 mile to Long Pond where you sit on a large dock and watch the sunset. The fire pit and outdoor dining is perfect for summer nights. The large kitchen with huge center Island made making family dinners fun and easy. Highly recommend!!! show more show less

    Beautiful House in quiet, convenient location

    Greenland Pond exceeded every expectation we had. The house is sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. Everything is brand new. The mattresses were very comfortable. The yard and grounds are peaceful and spacious. The fire pit is a perfect place for smores or a glass of wine. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, the town of Brewster and beaches are a short drive away. We also loved having access to Greenland Pond itself. We would definitely rent the house again!

    Hi - we're Christine and Steve and in 2019 we purchased and renovated this charming house and cottage in the beautiful coastal town of Brewster. After renting homes across the Cape for years, we were ready to make one our own and modernize it with everything we wanted on our cape vacations.

    We knew it needed quite a bit of TLC and since we love a good project and injecting our style into homes, we knew this property was for us as soon as we saw it.

    We're an active family and live near Boston with our three children. We love the charm of the Cape and look forward to spending more time at this peaceful retreat on the Cape in the future.

    What is special about this property?
    This home is spacious enough for 12 and with a separate cottage, there's a spot for everyone to spread out. It has beautiful outdoor space, situated on over an acre of quiet land overlooking a pond and adjacent to conservation land.
    There are 2 outdoor decks and 2 outdoor showers, and so many amenities including restaurants, the Brewster Store, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and beaches all under a mile from the home.

    What is special about your town?
    Brewster offers something for everyone from beaches to top notch restaurants and plenty of ponds for kayaking, paddle boarding, and boating. Main Street has a real old Cape charm. and located right in the middle of the Cape, it's a perfect location for accessing other wonderful spots on the Cape and Islands.
