Escape to the Cape in this four-bedroom three-bath home, located across the street from Sol's Pond with access to Blueberry Pond, which is a three minute walk from the house. Short walk to bike path. 2.2 miles to Linnell Landing Beach.

Front deck gives a view of the pond and beautiful sunsets. Back deck with nearby hot tub, fire pit, and grill allows for nightly family gatherings.

Two kayaks provided, 2020 Casper mattress in master bedroom, 2017 outside shower installed, 2023 fire pit, gas Weber grill. Ping pong table in basement.

We are dog friendly.

Linens are not provided (sheets, towels); we do provide pillows. Linen service is available upon request.

    I am a native of Boston and enjoy opening my Cape house so other families can enjoy their time together.

    What is special about this property?
    I am so excited to share this property with you. It is very spacious with 3 bedrooms on the first floor and a bedroom with walk in closet in the basement. It allows for lots of privacy if you have extended family staying with you. It also has a very relaxing outdoor area, with a hot tub, grill, fireplace and outdoor shower all within close proximity to each other.

    What is special about your town?
    I have been vacationing in Brewster for over 20 years with my two kids. It is the perfect location--about halfway down the Cape for easy access to Provincetown and the bridge. Some of my favorite beaches are in Brewster since they are on the bayside, which means warm water and lots of sea creatures to explore. I am also close to the National Seashore if I am looking for waves and a large expanse of seashore.
