This family-friendly home is sized for your multi-generation or multi family vacation.  Dogs are invited, too!  Three levels with five bedrooms and four bathrooms allow lots of space to live and relax together at Beach Glass!  Near the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Breakwater Beach on the bay side and Seymour Pond for fresh water fun.  Central A/C being installed mid June of 2022, free wifi and a large back yard with dining area and fire pit round out the amenities that will make your Cape Cod getaway special!

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Enter this lovely home through the front door. You will immediately notice the hardwood flooring and creative use of space with four comfortable chairs surrounding a coastal weathered round table. Built-in shelving surrounds the room's focal decorative fire place and Cape inspired art work fills the room. Imagine the conversations you and your friends will have in this amazing space sharing the complementary bottle of wine hand-selected for guests by the home’s owner, a career sommelier.

This home has an open concept design in the living area - dining room, living / family room and kitchen. The dining area has a great rustic wood table that seats six (use the leaf to seat up to 8).  French-style sliders bring you to the large deck with grill, outdoor dining table and separate sitting area. Plenty of room to spread out and relax under the glow of beautiful glass string lights. There are 8 colorful Adirondack chairs for all to enjoy the fire pit.

The separate family room is just off the dining and living room. This light-filled room is beautifully outfitted in shades of grey and teal. There is a large flat screen TV, couch and two comfy chairs to relax in. The side door leads to the wrap around porch to the deck.

The kitchen is well-stocked with everything guests may need to enjoy vacation-worthy meals with family and friends.

The winding stair case in the living room directs you to a landing showcasing stunning coastal wall paper that evokes the feeling of summer as the birds appear to be flying right off the wall. Head through the door to the open King Bedroom #1- sitting area with desk, TV coupled with a full bathroom make this upper level a private suite. The bathroom boasts a deep soaking tub and a shower to wash away the day's cares.

Head back down the stair case to the main level where you will find more bedrooms.
Bedroom #2  is at the end of the hall on the right with a Queen-sized bed and ensuite Bathroom #2, a full bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom #3 is across the hall and has a Queen bed
Bedroom #4  has a beautiful day bed

The finished lower level has an extra bedroom with two twin beds. A foam converter is available should guests prefer to combine these beds to a King set up.

There is a full bathroom #3 on this level with a shower (due to have a refresh in 2023).

A  sitting area with a comfy couch, chair, a flat screen TV make this large area a great entertainment area. The slider gives access to the large back yard and fire pit.

Whether you're relaxing around the fire pit making s'mores to end the day, walking your dog through the quiet residential neighborhood or challenging the kids to a fun yard game - you're bound to make wonderful memories at Beach Glass.

Guest Welcome Starter Bag Included:  A large reusable tote with: 2 rolls of toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, sponge, 2 trash bags, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, a roll of paper towels, laundry detergent and hand sanitizer (subject to change based on guest needs and marketplace availability). 

This home offers Keyless Entry for your convenience.
No Smoking of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
Pet Friendly homes are for a dog only.  This home allows 1 dog.  With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $200 fee.  A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.  
Max parking of cars at property: 3. No parking on Lawn anytime.

Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow basic check out instructions carefully and there will be no extra charges. 
For Reservations made over 60 days away-you can make 2 payments-50% deposit with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival.  We accept Mastercard and Visa for Payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance.
You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book.

A 7-night Friday-to-Friday rental reservation is required during peak summer weeks. Many of our homes offer flexible stays with a 3 night minimum in the off season.
