Spacious home; close to four bay beaches

Our family of six really enjoyed the stay at this Brewster property. Very spacious kitchen, dining room and bedrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing with a spacious yard . Great location to hit several Brewster beaches. It met all of our family members needs and the house was very neat and clean throughout.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Brewster at this property. The home is very bright and welcoming with lots of windows and a very comfortable arrangement of furniture and dining areas. We made most of our meals at the house and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and we enjoyed using the grill several times. We loved the private yard and the bunnies that greeted us after pretty much every outing. The house is well located near the beaches and we also explored the local ponds and very much enjoyed our time at Long Pond. The host was also very accomodating and responded quickly to our questions. We are looking forward to coming back to this property and highly recommend it. show more show less

I rented this property for my two week stay on Cape Cod. Everything about this house/property was top notch. Here are some highlights:

? The house has the perfect layout for spending time with friends and family.

? There's a large family room area - well laid out with comfortable furniture and lots of windows.

? The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, and a Keurig, among other items. (I've stayed at other beach houses and many are . . . spare . . . in the accommodations. This one was equipped with pretty much everything I needed to prepare and serve at-home family meals.) Also - our host provides beach chairs! Nice ones, too, lol (Tommy Bahama)

? The gas grill on the back deck was easy to use and worked well.

? There are roomy bedrooms and two full bathrooms (+ a half bath with a full-sized washer and dryer).

Note that you do need a car to get around. While walking to Saints Landing is doable, with beach chairs, towels, and other beach paraphernalia, it would have been difficult for me. And having a car enables quick transport to all of the other beautiful beaches, great restaurants, etc. etc.

Host Elaine was great – helpful, accommodating, and quick to respond when I had questions. She also reached out from time to time to make sure all was going well.

I? would 100% recommend a stay here.

We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful place to call home during our week on the Cape. The house is on a quiet road, with large open rooms, and VERY clean. The beds were comfortable with ample room for sleeping. We met up with family members from VA, and the house gave us privacy, but also plenty of places to socialize. The dining area is accessible to both the kitchen and living room with a large table for seating for 8. The open space allowed us to be able to visit with each other while preparing meals, and still keep an eye on the little ones. The toddler and 6-year-old loved watching the bunnies in the yard, and we were grateful for use of the beach toys and chairs. The local bayside beaches were perfect for the little ones to explore, and we were close enough to visit our favorite beaches along the Cape Cod National Seashore. The grocery store was just a few miles away and the suggested eateries didn't disappoint. We also took in a local baseball game just a few miles away. Elaine is a gracious host. She was quick to respond to any questions and provided a lot of information about the area and things to do. We hope to visit again. show more show less

Our family had an absolutely amazing time in Cape Cod. This house not only was extremely clean and inviting, but also had ample space and a home-like feeling. We went with our friends and their one-year-old, and we enjoyed every second. Numerous beach choices on the bayside in both walking, biking or driving distance. Our 5 and 3 year old loved the low tide and how far they could walk amongst little fishes while building sand castles. Plenty close to favorite restaurants both in Brewster and downtown Hyannis. Brewster Scoop ice cream is right around the corner. We cannot wait to come back! Elaine was friendly, helpful and made the process very easy for us. show more show less
