Just returned from great week at Brewster Cape House! Grandparents, kids and grandkids all enjoyed every minute. The house accommodated all 12 of us, and the main attraction was the pool with diving board, slide and night time lights. Anything we needed was available, inside and out. Perfect location for side trips. My husband never gives anything five stars but said the house and host Maria makes this the exception!

We rented this incredible house with two other families and loved everything about it! The house is spacious inside with plenty of different areas for both kids and adults to hang out, but the backyard was hands-down our favorite. From the comfortable lounge chairs around the HUGE pool, to the water slide, to the fire fit (not to mention the plethora of yard games available to use) it exceeded our expectations ten-fold! The house is equipped with everything you will need and more and is just perfect for kids and adults. I highly recommend this rental. We will be back!!

We are 5 older women that vacation on the Cape every September. Of all our rentals over the years, this home is hands down the best. Great location to beaches, ponds, shops and dining.
The home overall is super clean and well maintained. Beds are super comfy, lots of pillows and towels, nice bedding. Kitchen is fully stocked with high quality small appliances, pots and pans, utensils, and dinner ware. A rare finding in a Cape rental. Large dining room is great for larger parties. The living rooms, up and downstairs, are comfortable and well furnished. Both have large HD TVs. 3 bathrooms made getting ready for the day quick and easy for us.
The yard is amazing! Very private. The pool is meticulously maintained and the perfect temp. Ample toys, floats, lounge chairs and outdoor furniture for a "down day" at home. There is even a great play scape and half court basketball area.
Great communication with the owner throughout the rental process.
We hope to be back next year.

The house was perfect and surpassed our expectations. It was well maintained and important details were considered. The owner and property manager were friendly, accessible and responsive. Having the pool was so convenient for the kids and grandkids. We've been coming to the Cape for 15 years and this was our favorite rental property!

We had such a wonder time staying at this property. From the very start to the very end - the whole experience was great. Communication with the owner is clear and consistent. Every part of the property is so nice. It is clean and well-appointed. So much space for a large groups to spread out and enjoy each others company. We used the pool everyday and in the evenings after dinner. It is a nice touch to include linens and pool towels. Thank you so much for memorable time.

We had a really nice stay at this Brewster house. The pool was really great- the kids had fun with the slide and diving board. Extra pool toys and beach chairs were a nice bonus. Sleeping accommodations were comfortable and the kitchen/dining were all very spacious. A/C worked well on some very hot days too. We also liked that the street was secluded but we were still close to 6A, so beaches and shops were readily accessible. Thank you!

Our family of 10, three generations, had a marvelous vacation week at this wonderful home. It was spacious, with lots of room to spread out. The beautiful outdoor space sets this home apart, with the fabulous pool, deck, fire pit and plenty of room for grandchildren to run around. The owner has provided so many touches to make a stay comfortable--pool floats, toys, a cooler and ice packs for the beach, a well-equipped kitchen, a lovely decor and much more. Maria and her on-site representative were also so responsive and professional in answering our questions. There was a water main break the week we were there causing the city to cut off the water. We were visited 3 times in the few hours the water was off, including a stop to drop off jugs of water and another to reset the water heater when the water was turned on. That's attentiveness to guests! There were very complete instructions and labeling in the house to make it easy, and great restaurant, shopping and activity recommendations to help us fully enjoy the Cape. We highly recommend this home.

Our family held a reunion at this Brewster rental house. It lived up to its name as a retreat. It is indeed a retreat. The gardens and pool are beautiful and spacious and peaceful. The house is well equipped to accommodate a large family. Beds are comfortable and linens are of good quality. large gas grill and enough dinnerware, etc. for a crowd.
My grandchildren loved the downstairs rec room and the piano!
Brewster and Dennis beaches and their village areas are a quick drive from the house.
Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful, spacious, clean home in Brewster that was an absolute pleasure to stay in! I booked it because of the multiple rooms as I was going with my two children under 3 years old and multiple family members. We all had plenty of space to hang out and do our own thing inside and outside with a lovely deck, basketball hoop, swing set, and pool. The host was extremely accommodating by providing a crib and toddler rails for a bed, high chair, and pool toys for kids and adults. I received a helpful guide before arriving on what to expect and where to go in the area and the owner was extremely responsive. I got a lot of compliments for finding the place and would absolutely stay here again.

This house was awesome. We had a multi-generation group with a toddler, infant, and 4yo, along with grandparents and uncles. There was plenty of room for everyone - the house is so spacious, from the bedrooms to the dining room and living room. It was great that everyone had room to spread out.

The house was also super clean. Sometimes Cape rentals can be really damp, especially in the basement, but this house was pristine. Even the basement suite smelled fresh and clean.

We loved the pool, we were out there multiple times per day. Lots of fun with the water slide and diving board.

Maria was great to deal with throughout. Very responsive to questions and very welcoming and willing to go the extra mile. We took advantage of the recommendations for local activities.

The house had everything we need. We would love to come back next summer!

This house was perfect for our stay! We had a group of 7 adults and 5 kids and the set up of the house was very accommodating for our large group. There was very easy access to the pool, the slide and playground were a huge hit with the kids, and the location of the house made it easy and safe to walk around the neighborhood or take a short drive to the beach. Maria was great and very easy to contact with any issues. We will definitely stay here again!

Our extended family ( 6 adults, a 1 year old and a 5 year old) spent two wonderful weeks at this spacious, and well appointed property. The owner and the local manager were responsive to our needs.

- Well stocked kitchen with new appliances and outdoor grill
- Linens, towels, pillows and blankets were high quality and plentiful
- Crib and highchair for the baby
- Comfortable beds

We had a wonderful week at this amazing property. The house was spacious and comfortable and fit our group of 10 perfectly. The pool was so much fun with the slide and basketball hoop, and we had to force the kids to go to the beach because they just wanted to be swimming in the pool and playing whiffle ball in the huge yard. Great location to get to many food options and beaches. We would definitely go back!

Our large family recently had a wonderful two-week stay at this property. This is a large. well-appointed home which was very comfortable, had an amazing pool and garden, and was a great mid-Cape location. The whole family enjoyed this property in some way, particularly the
children given the pool, lots of open space and a great selection of games, pool toys, and the fire pit. The owners/caretaker were very responsive to anything we needed.

Maria is a great host. This house was amazing. Our group had an amazing time. Close to golf, amazing pool, so much space. We loved this trip (from Airbnb)

Had the opportunities to stay at the property for our summer vacation. The place was well kept with proper amenities such as kitchen items, bathroom toiletries, and internet!

Not forgetting the swimming pool which was totally private for our use during the stay. We also used the barbecue pit and grilled some meat after the long day at the beach without having to eat out which was great.

The best part of the house was the hot water outdoor shower where the kids can clean up before hitting the pool again!

In summary, our stay was totally awesome! Love it!

Everything is tailored for comfort. Very nice beds with plenty of pillows. So many people can sleep in this place with privacy. Outdoor shower, very clean and well maintained pool. Nice porch with pool view makes it simple to watch the kids. It's deep on the diving side. Nice basketball area outside. You get what you paid for.

House was spacious and very clean with beautiful decor. Kitchen is well stocked. Pool area was great and my family really enjoyed our stay. The owner was great to deal with - very good communication. Would love to stay here again!

This house was an incredible find! To begin with, it is quite large and easily sleeps 12, has a beautiful pool, and even has a black top with basketball hoop. The owner has put a lot of thought into the comforts a renter would be interested in such as charging stations located around the house, nicely accessorized kitchen, comfortable furniture, new mattresses and pillows and much more. Additionally, the whole house was immaculate and did not have the familiar feel of many cape rentals that are older, worn, and generally have a rental feel. This felt like a house that I would want to live in year round.
It is a short drive to many beaches, restaurants and cape attractions. The most amazing thing about this house may be the price. While the house is more then large enough for 3 families, the avg per night cost is just slightly higher then any of the areas top hotel rooms and you get the whole house, pool and grounds. We along with the other families we stayed with have already begun to search for the weeks we will rent next summer. I'm am not sure if they will be renting in the winter but if they are, it would be a great place to escape and hide in the winter months.
