Secluded Luxury Cape, Close to Beaches

If you are thinking of a vacation in the Brewster area, you must stay here! The location is perfect, down a long winding road, very secluded yet very convenient to routes 6A, 137 and 124, surrounded by tall trees and beautiful plantings. Close to beaches and shopping. The house is incredible, nicer than its pictures. It has everything you could possibly need except, of course, the food. That you need to supply. The screened in summerhouse is perfect for relaxing! Watch the birds, chipmunks and bunnies, and in the evenings count the lightning bugs.

Wow! Wow! Wow! .The heavens smiled on our vacation week, with cooler temps in the 70's and low 80's, no rain or humidity. And then the House! This house ticked so many boxes for our multigenerational family vacation. To begin with, on our arrival ,we were greeted with a welcome bag of local treats .The grounds and gardens are beautifully landscaped and private. I think it may be treated for ticks and mosquitos as we were not bothered by either. The house was immaculate and basic soaps and some toiletries were available. The beds and sitting areas were all comfortable with lots of nooks and crannies to hang out and have private space. The kitchen was perfect for preparing and serving meals for our large group, with tons of people space , storage space and all the kitchen gadgets , including some basic spices. It even has great knives! There is even a drawer of refillable insulated water bottles if you forgot your own. The only thing missing that someone might need is a large lobster pot. (We also brought out own baggies, foil and plastic wrap. ) The gas grill was new and in great shape. Outdoor shower is spacious and in a sunny location. The outside entertainment room had us all re-thinking our own backyard spaces... It was amazing !!!! We spent most of our time out there. When it got cool at night we were able to turn on the heaters which allowed us to hang out longer than we might have otherwise. We had a smores night by the firepit and the stone water fountain added another peaceful dimension to the back yard . Our favorite beach, Crosby, was less than 5" away. The path to the bike trail is right off the cul de sac as well. When the coffee maker malfunctioned, it was promptly replaced after leaving a text with the management company. After 12 years of vacationing with our multigenerational family, this is at the top of our list of favorite houses.
My only concern was the communication during the rental process which caused me some anxiety. An email reminder when final payment is due would have been appreciated , as I almost missed it , but overall my concerns were unfounded... everything was as promised and even better.
