Cozy Cottage Walk to Linnell Landing Beach

We loved staying at this home this summer and cannot say enough about what a beautiful spot it is which helped set the tone for a fun and relaxing week for our family. The beach is only an easy short walk away. And the beach itself is clean and family-friendly with an awesome sandbar that comes out with the tides. When we needed a break from the beach, there was plenty of lounging available between the hammock in the private yard and the comfy couches. A highlight was just grilling dinner in the backyard and then walking a few minutes to Cobie's for ice cream. Which reminds me, we loved that right behind Cobie's is the Cape Cod rail trail which we biked on nearly everyday!

Very clean and quaint cottage. We had everything we needed for our long weekend. Walk to bay and close to the bike path.
Would definitely return to this place.

Had a wonderful stay at this home. The house was spotless, the accommodations were cozy and comfy. The location was ideal, a 3 minute walk to the beach. Bruce was very helpful, gave us dinner ideas and answered all our questions. We can't wait to go back! We highly recommend it. Thanks!

We stayed at this sweet cottage in 2017, when it was owned by Linger Longer By the Sea. It is still managed by the same person, and he is quick to deal with any of your needs. We were multi-generational with a 5 year old child. We loved the enclosed sunporch and the very private yard. It was great to have an outside shower for after the beach. The interior was lovely - I imagined myself living there permanently. Nicely furnished, modern kitchen, private bedrooms - it's always fun to dream. Linnell Landing Beach is beautiful - so much fun for children, fun to explore at low tide, and clean water for swimming. It is an easy walk. Sunsets? Perfect! What is nice is that it is an easy walk to Cobies', too, which has great seafood and a fun atmosphere. The cottage is so close to everything that Brewster has to offer - restaurants, shopping, Nickerson State Park. I was happy to see that the current owner has listed the property for vacation rentals. We have enjoyed vacationing in this particular area since the 1970's and would like to give a shout-out to this particular cottage. show more show less
