There is also a variety of restaurants and bars nearby, such as Cobie's across the street or the Front Lawn at Ocean Edge (2 min down 6A).

This cottage is located between two other cottages, which are also available for rent: a 4 bedroom/2 bath cottage and a 1-bedroom cottage. See Property ID #36763 for other listing.     Recently updated cute cottage - perfect for small family

    Our family of three loved staying at the Roost. Every detail was taken care of - from a brand new AC and washer/dryer to a gorgeous outdoor shower. We loved walking the private path to the beach. And this spot is centrally located near some of our favorite Brewster spots- Linnell Landing beach, Cobies restaurant, and Nickerson State Park. Definitely recommend!

    The Roost is a great place to stay. It is quiet, clean and comfortable. With the added washer and dryer, air conditioning, new outdoor shower plus a great patio it's the perfect place to unwind. It is in a great location. You can sit on the patio all day and listen to the nature around you. Convenient to beaches, national parks and shopping. The Roost is where I go to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
