The second bedroom is on the second floor and it has 2 twin beds, TV and A/C as well. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped and features new cabinets, beautiful granite countertops and white appliances. The living room has a flat screen TV with DVD player, as well as a gas fireplace and brand-new décor, including built in shelving, absolutely first class. Sliders off the living room lead to the patio; furnished with table, chairs, and a Webber grill for outdoor dining. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, a Keurig and WIFI Internet.
A-Style, Renovated, Straight Staircase, 3 split system A/C units.

*This property allows you to purchase Pool passes!
*For 2024 summer season the daily pass rate is $25 per adult and $10 per child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $75 per adult and $35 per child. (Children 5 and under do not require a pass).
*Pool passes are not included and must be purchased separately during your stay. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.

Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.
