The living room has a flat screen TV with DVD player, as well as a gas fireplace and brand-new décor, including built in shelving, absolutely first class. Sliders off the living room lead to the patio; furnished with table, chairs, and a Webber grill for outdoor dining. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, a Keurig and WIFI Internet.

Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.
