We rented this house for a "girls week" on the Cape. I actually live on the Cape in Harwich, for this trip we needed more room than my house could provide so we rented Fisherman's Landing. There were 3 of us staying for the week and for 2 nights, two of my adult nieces joined us. I selected this house because Sheep's Pond in one of our most favorite fresh water swimming spots! We had the best week! We opened the door and was welcomed in by an immaculate, beautifully appointed home! This home has a great kitchen where you can hang out and also cook any meal you might want to (also there is a Weber Grill). The patio out back has plenty of seating, a table/umbrella with 6 chairs and more available!. This space also includes an outside shower - which we used almost every day! There are 3 bedrooms -- 1 king (1st floor), 1 double & a twin ( 2nd floor), 3 twins (2nd floor) -- everyone was comfortable in their bed. Each bedroom had a fan and the entire house has mini-split AC -- hardly had to use it because we had perfect weather and the house is in shade for most of the day! This house has a great location on the Cape overall
because it's just kind of in the middle of everything you want to do and it's a walk to a pond and a short drive to the ocean (bay or sound)! Some other items to note -- there is a washer/dryer, a ping-pong table, a bookshelf full of books, a cabinet full of games and puzzles and a kayak and a paddle board - basically the perfect VACATION HOME! The biggest compliment I can give is that we did not want to leave and basically contacted Frank to say we want to book our week for next year! We will be back for Summer 2027!

This property is a gem and by far our favorite rental in our 40 years of summer vacations on Cape Cod. As previous reviews state, the location and amenities cannot be beat. The house is perfect for multi generations and the patio, yard, shed storage and outdoor shower far surpass other vacation rentals we have experienced.
What truly sets this property apart from all others is that it feels like a home. Frank and Caren are the ultimate hosts. So much thought has been put into making their guests vacation experience relaxing and fun, regardless of the weather!

This was our second visit and we are already looking forward to a third stay next year when we will drop our bags, walk to the pond, and begin our "happy place" vacation.

My family just spent a wonderful week on this beautiful and very-well situated Cape home. The house is clean, bright, spacious and so welcoming. Great kitchen set-up and love the porch addition and very pleasing yard and patio. Short and easy 3-minute walk to the pond beach, A quintessential Cape experience. And the owners were always available and responsive to any questions.

The house was spotless when we arrived. Praise to your house cleaners. I hardly saw the grandchildren, as they were down at the pond swimming and kayaking everyday. Cooking was easy with the grill and all the pots and pans available. The beds were comfortable and the outside shower was a big hit. Everyone loved the house. I also loved the location, close to rt 6A and getting to Orleans. Thank you!

What a wonderful stay at this beautiful and comfortable home! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything one would need. The beds were comfortable! The patio was so nice and a great place to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon cocktail! The location was ideal for those who like to bike (which we do) and the short walk to the clean Sheeps Pond was ideal for a dip or two. And for those who enjoy kayaking and paddleboarding the owner provided 2 kayaks and a paddleboard. We just loved the house and the location. Easy drive to restaurants in Brewster, Dennis, Orleans, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

I spent two weeks at this charming home. I loved the proximity to the rail trail and Sheep pond. The rail trail is visible from the side porch. There is a lovely screened in porch and nice outdoor shower. The house was clean, tastefully decorated and the kitchen was very well stocked. I enjoyed use of the SUP and kayak. The owner's were extremely helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 4 adults and 2 kids absolutely loved our stay at this property. There were tons of amenities. Our kids loved all the toys, games, and coloring books. The kitchen was well stocked, and we made most of our meals at the house. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the outdoor shower. We used the paddle board on nearby Sheep Pond almost daily. We also loved being next to the Rail Trail, where we biked and jogged. We would absolutely stay here again!

My family had a great time at Frank and Caren's house! We found it to be very well-appointed and clean. The location is perfection with Sheep Pond and the Rail Trail right down the road. The little beach there was ideal for our toddler. The outdoor shower was great and the porch was lovely for sipping coffee and wine! :) we would not hesitate to stay here again!

My family and I loved this property. It was spacious, decorated beautifully and thoughtfully supplied. The location right by the Rail Trail and Sheep's Pond was just right. My grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of walking to the water in three minutes flat! (just about)
My daughters appreciated the comfort of the beds- they were able to sleep well and escape their very busy work lives. My husband and I loved the screened porch.
Truly something for everyone! Highly recommend this property to all.

My family and I really enjoyed our week here. This place felt just like home!

No complaints about the house at all. It is right down the street from a pond and Frank & Caren provided kayaks and a paddleboard to use there. The beds were nice and comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need for the week. We also enjoyed spending time in the screened-in porch.

Frank and Caren were excellent hosts. We will definitely be renting this house again.

I can not say enough about this wonderful home and fantastic location! It is, by far, one of the best homes we have stayed in on the Cape! It was the perfect size for us and our guests (4 to 6 adults) and was not only a VERY short walk to a beautiful pond with a lovely beach and clear water, warm water for enjoying a swim, it was conveniently located near a number of great shops, restaurants and the Brewster Baseball Field, and was just a short drive away from some of our favorite places in Dennis, Yarmouth, Orleans, and Eastham. The kayaks and paddle board were a great escape from sitting on the beach or swimming, and the board games and ping pong table were great for quiet nights or rainy days. The book shelf has some wonderful books as well! The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs, and the extra refrigerator downstairs was great for storing drinks during our time at the house. Frank and Caren even provide extra batteries in the closet in case they are needed for anything in the house! And the screened porch is perfect for enjoying the cool Cape evenings without dealing with all the bugs! My family and I are already looking forward to our vacation next year!

I agree with Ashley G's review. This home exceeded my expectations ! The home was convenient and offered something for everyone in my three generation family. Even some rainy day activities like ping pong, several recent adult books and two board books for children were provided. The owners were friendly and made the rental process easy. They were also available for questions during the week as needed. Brewster has several beaches which are listed in the living room of the home. Brewster beaches are walkable approximately 1 mile out at low tide, which the children in our group especially enjoyed .You will need to purchase a beach pass daily to use the beach between 9am and 4pm.We also enjoyed the CCRT for walking and bike riding. In addition, there is a bike trail in the Chatham area as well as one in Provincetown. Plus, we were able to keep 2 bikes in the storage shed. So much to do that we didn't even make it into the water at Sheep Pond ! Hopefully, we can explore that on another visit. Can't wait to come back !

What an amazing stay at this perfectly located, fully stocked, beautifully updated cottage in Brewster. We loved everything about our stay at the house and location. Fantastic hosts and the cottage has everything we could want or need and more. We were steps from a beach on Sheep's Pond and the CCRT. The house is even better in person. Couldn't be happier with our experience and looking to continue making lifelong memories at this property!!
