We had a wonderful week at Rosemary and Brian's beautiful home. This home is really special and so comfortable. Well equipped with everything you need. The screened in porch is heavenly to spend time in and we really enjoyed the beautiful yard and entrance. Brian and Rosemary were a pleasure to deal with and we hope to come back next year!

We really enjoyed our vacation in this house. We loved the character of the woodwork and beams, and especially enjoyed the screened porch. The house is spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. We will definitely come back again!

Two time renters—- special place—- beautiful, serene, private and clean.
We loved the big screened porch. You can stargaze, feel the breeze and hear the rain, or use it as a dining area or late night TV option for those cozy nights in.
We took advantage of the closeness and convenience of the Cape Cod Rail Trail. It's honestly the best way to get around. There's shade, exercise, friendly faces, good food, ice cream and beaches along the way. What more could you wish for?!
Brewster has tons of chill bayside beaches, perfect for us with our lil one who loved exploring the sandbars, and flying kites. Stunning sunset walks.
We enjoyed Nickerson State Park so much we brought everyone who visited us there too. The wind there can make even the hottest sun rays feel like an easy breeze. The bike paths there compare to roller coaster rides. We loved it and our toddler riding in the bike trailer loved it even more! There are multiple bike rental shops close by with reasonable prices if you are considering and without a bike.
Waters are calm in this area but not far from beaches with big waves and seals like Nauset Beach. Shark ?? warning ?? The outdoor shower and sliding basement door and hose are the perfect set up for coming back from a Long Beach day, sandy, sun kissed and ready to unpack and relax. P-Town is under an hour, Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard Ferry's are close by. There's tons of yummy restaurants. Breakfast burritos at the Corner Store can't be beat! Worth the drive to Orleans. Trust us. This house, and the street it lives on is charming and we will always cherish our memories made here. We highly recommend and plan to return. show more show less
