You are going to want to bring your bikes to the spacious house located about a mile -- on quiet back roads -- to the bike trail. The neighborhood abuts Nickerson State Park with its miles of trails and pristine ponds. With central air conditioning on the main level, a large deck, big grassy yard, WIFI, and multiple TVs (with cable), this house has everything you could want for your Cape vacation. Central AC on the main level. Mini split in the living area of the finished basement.

Fully stocked chef's kitchen opens to a great room with dining table, comfy seating area, and a grand piano!

Bedroom 1 is on the first floor. Queen bed, TV, and en suite bath.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are in the fully finished basement. Both have queen beds. Bedroom 2 has a tv. There is a shared full bath.

There is also a second living area in the finished basement with a TV.

Red Fawn Rd runs along the border of Nickerson. There are several ''secret'' paths into the park. Turn left from Red Fawn onto Millstone then make your first left onto Deer Rd and you are in the park! You can also ride your bikes through the neighborhood and access the bike path without riding on any busy roads.
