The townhouse has been freshly painted and features a renovated kitchen and bathrooms, all-new beds, Pergo flooring, and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, dishwasher, and microwave, and opens to the dining area with seating for six and a comfortably furnished living room with all-new furniture.
The first-floor second bedroom offers a queen bed and a set of bunk beds, A/C, TV, and carpeting. A full bathroom and washer/dryer are conveniently located just outside the bedroom.<br />Up the spiral staircase, you’ll find the open loft primary bedroom with A/C, featuring a king bed and a twin bed, TV, ceiling fan, and a private full bathroom.<br />Sliding doors off the living room lead to a professionally landscaped patio with new outdoor furniture, umbrella, and both gas and charcoal grills—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or golf course.<br />Additional amenities include Xfinity cable, WiFi, two A/C units, and the option to purchase six pool passes.
