Golf and Pool - This B-Style Billington Village townhouse is located just a quarter mile from the Arbor Pool, Ocean Edge's luxurious clubhouse and the Lynx Tavern restaurant. It is one of the few units of this size that allows you access to the Nicklaus-designed golf course, in addition to the pools, tennis courts and fitness center.
This is a lovely unit with renovated kitchen and bathrooms and A/C units in the living room and both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and microwave. The primary bedroom is located on the first floor with a Queen bed, TV and A/C. Outside that bedroom is the bathroom along with the washer/dryer. The dining area has seating for six and is open to the living room with comfortable furniture, TV with DVD and A/C. Up the straight staircase is the open loft with 1 daybed with a trundle (2 Twins) along with 2 Twin beds, a full bathroom, TV and A/C. The sliders off the living room lead you to the patio area with outdoor furniture, umbrella and gas grill. Wi-Fi is provided with this property.

For the 2022 summer season, the daily pass rate is $20/adult and $10/child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $70/adult and $30/child. Children 5 and under do not require a pass.

*Pool Passes are Not Included and must be Purchased separately During Your Stay. The Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.

Golf Privileges on the Private Ocean Edge Golf Course are available with this property. Green fees apply.
