This beautiful Brewster home is a wonderful place to stay and located in such a great community on Cape Cod. We have gone to this property for two years, and we've found it to be quite comfortable, spacious and well maintained. This dog friendly home has a great setup if your looking to stay with your pets. The home sleeps plenty and works out well if you need to have separate spaces for family, we had one side of the home and my in-laws had the other. This worked out well because we had our 6 week old daughter waking up at night, but not disturbing everyone in the property.

Highly recommend, in the on and off season, plan on staying again in the future as well! Very close to several beaches and centrally located down the Cape for great access to both upper and lower cape options. show more show less

Absolutely the best stocked vacation home we have ever stayed in! Caroline is the best host and always so helpful.
The beds are extremely comfortable!
Air conditioning worked perfectly with the little heat wave this week. Quiet area too!
The kitchen has every single thing you could ever need. Knives are soooo good! Loads of pots/pans, sheet pans, serving dishes, tons of spatulas, spices too!!! Equipment and space to steam your own lobsters!
We did not use the grill this trip but it was in wonderful shape. Fire pit was super cool for s'mores.

Extra pillows, blankets, life jackets, kayaks in great shape, pool/air hockey table was a blast!

Layout is perfect. Lots of extra space to split up. Off the master is a screened in porch with a huge TV. Escape to the basement and you find the fun pool table and big tv. Plus the formal living. Lots of hangout spots!

The pond was amazing! Kids and adults loved it!
