Recently Renovated 3/1 with new kitchen & bath & close to beach with Central AC

This cozy, recently renovated cottage has a brand-new kitchen, new bathroom, and new flooring and is an excellent location, close to the Bay and just 0.9 miles to Saints Landing Beach. Situated on a 1.4 acre wooded lot, you will have a ton of privacy in a peaceful setting. You’ll love sitting outside by the fire pit in the evenings or just relaxing with a book. And your children will love playing on the large lot.

Our goal is for our guests to be comfortable and relaxed while visiting Cape Cod and staying at our cottage, “Wish Me Luck Cottage.” The new furniture, mattresses, and bedding reflect this. Bedrooms are split plan to offer privacy. The primary w. Queen bed is on one side and the two additional bedrooms (one full bed and one with two twins) is on the other side of the house. Towels and linens are provided.

The kitchen comes equipped with most utensils and cookware you’ll need to cook full meals while visiting. The coffee maker brews both Keurig and regular brew coffee. We supply both types of coffee, filters, and a selection of tea as well as creamer and sugar. The dining table can seat 4 to 6 people when extended.

Around the corner from the cottage, you’ll find the Lemon Tree Shops with many other great stores and the very popular, Cafe Alfresco. Cafe Alfresco serves a wonderful cup of coffee, breakfast, hot and cold sandwiches for lunch and pastries. No worries if you’re in a rush, there is a Dunkin’ a mile up the road. The Brewster General Store is less than a mile away and a favorite spot for browsing and also serves amazing coffee and muffins. If you’re noticing a theme, I like to know where my next cup of coffee is coming from.

The house is supplied with:
* Towels & linens
* Smart TVs in two of the three bedrooms and living room
* Keurig cups, ground coffee & filters, tea, sugar and creamer
* Beach chairs & beach towels
* Coolers
* Variety of outside games and toys.
* Washer and dryer (located in the walk out basement and accessible through an exterior door)

    Cute Cottage in Great Location

    Enjoyed our winter stay at this cute cottage in amazing Brewster! We loved the comfortable beds (even the twin beds are a good size — not just for kids) and the place felt really new and clean with perfect Cape Cod decor and thoughtful details. We appreciated a fridge full of waters and coffee stocked with a variety of Cape Cod mugs, games, ample dishes, plus linens included! I love the circular driveway that has plenty of room for parking. The location is ideal—feels private but is so close to charming 6A. We enjoyed walking the trail to see the wild wintry ocean and the proximity to the adorable Lemon Tree Shops, Cafe Alfresco, live music at the Harvest Gallery, and Snowy Owl — new and old favorites! This location will be especially awesome in the summer when traffic makes it hard to get to even the next town. Finally, Shannon grew up on the Cape and is super responsive to ensure that you have a great stay! show more show less

    My husband & I stayed at Wish Me Luck cottage & it was perfect! There was plenty of room and it was absolutely spotless! We had everything we needed for our getaway. The rooms are spacious, the beds were comfortable & the yard was great for our evening by the fire pit. It was really close to the beach which was beautiful!! There were even beach chairs & a washer & dryer in the giant basement. The cottage is so close to shops & restaurants. We went to this little mom & pop Brewster general store for coffee, muffins every morning & even got souvenirs for the kids there. The host answered my request immediately & is very helpful & easy to communicate with. Thank you Shannon! We will definitely be booking again!!!! show more show less

    Perfect Weekend Getaway

    What a charming cottage! When we decided to spend a weekend on the cape, we were nervous booking a reservation long distance, sight unseen, but the pictures here don't even do this cottage justice! It's even better in person! Immaculately kept, so cozy and welcoming and every detail has been considered. The host was professional and courteous and made our booking and stay so easy. We enjoyed being so close to beach but not feeling like we were in a commercial vacation spot. The small town charm of the community will steal your heart as fast as the cottage itself does.     Shannon here. I grew in South Dennis and spent my childhood walking the flats of the Bay, exploring the Natural History Museum, and visiting The Herring Run. Although I moved away as an adult I have come back most summers and always aimed to stay in Brewster on the Bay.
    The cottage name comes from a very special place. I have a horse farm in Florida and lost my beautiful horse, Jackson. His registered name was ''Wish Me Luck Mister''. My horse farm is named Wish Me Luck Farms and I thought it should carry over to the cottage.
    Welcome to Wish Me Luck Cottage

    What is special about this property?
    Wish Me Luck Cottage is on just 1.4 acres North of 6A in Brewster. Very close to Bay. Saints Landing is a gorgeous beach, with public access just .9 miles away.
    When I'm on vacation I want to feel comfortable and for me it starts with furniture and bedding. The couch and chairs are very comfortable. The two arm chairs rock and swivel.
    I've made sure the bedding is cozy as well and we have a wide variety of pillows and bedding to layer as you like.
    My favorite thing about the cottage is our yard. This oversized wooded lot is private and quiet. I love to sit out back and read or relax. You'll feel like you have the Cape all to yourselves.

    What is special about your town?
    I just love Brewster! On the Cape it starts and ends with beaches for me and Brewster beaches are amazing. If you haven't walked the flats at low tide, put that on your list for your next trip. The low tide on the Bay goes out for miles. My kids love walking the flats and schedule our days around when the tide would be at it's lowest point. ''We don't want to miss low tide!'' Hermit crabs and Horseshoe crabs!

    Tons of amazing little creatures in the tide pools that form. If you'd like a better look at the ecosystem and animals here head over to the Natural History Museum just up the road. They have wonderful walking trails behind the museum as well as great exhibits. Always a hit with my family. We also love being so close to the Lemon Tree Shops, The Brewster General, and many other shops and restaurants. All of them just a quick drive from Wish Me Luck Cottage. I hope you'll love it here as much as we do.
