The Write Time was the perfect Cape rental with all the conveniences thought of to make our trip relaxing and fun. From sheets and towels, beach towels, chairs and boogie boards, to KCups, soap, and sunscreen, we effortlessly acclimated to vacation time at this house. The house was also very clean and tidy upon arrival. And the new outdoor shower was a treat. We would stay here again.

My family of 4 had a terrific one week stay in August 2024. Carl and Jill were great hosts, house was impeccably clean upon arrival, well stocked kitchen/bath/linens, beach supplies and board games in abundance, and in a perfect Paines Creek location. We look forward to coming back!

Our family has been vacationing in Cape Cod every year for 30+ years and most recently in Orleans. We decided to look for a property closer to the beach. We came across this home which stated walking distance to the beach. We decided to go with it and the booking process was seamless dealing with Carl the homeowner who answered all our questions. Upon arrival we were very happy with the home. It was very clean and like checking into an upscale hotel with all the amenities including toothbrushes and toothpaste(LOL). The walk to the beach was exactly 8 minutes with toddlers and the beach was great for the little ones. The home also had a lot of beach supplies for your stay. Having our grandchildren with us we ate in some nights and the view from the deck for dinner was gorgeous!!!! This property was perfect for our two families to experience the beautiful Paine's Creek area. We all agreed that the prime location, comfortable accommodations and breathtaking view from the property made this house one of the overall best that we have rented on the Cape in 15+ years. Owners are so considerate and thorough in how they stocked the house with everything that you would need for a comfortable stay including enough quality beach gear for 8 plus people, amongst so many other thoughtful things. The outdoor shower was also rated "10/10" from the outdoor shower enthusiasts in the family. The short walk down to the beach was perfect for family fun during the days and for viewing beautiful sunsets in the evenings Our kids also loved walking or biking in the opposite direction down the street to Dunkin and Kate's Seafood/Ice Cream. 10/10 would recommend! From the very first phone call the owners were extremely easy to talk to and answered any questions we might have had. They made the booking process extremely easy.
We travelled with our family of 5 plus dog and my parents and the house had more than enough space. The moment you walk in you feel home. The views off the deck and the backyard are stunning, so picturesque. They have provided everything you need and more. You really just need to show up with your clothes!
We have been coming to Brewster for over 15 years and Paines Creek is my favorite spot on the cape especially with young children. The owners provided ALL beach necessities for the short walk to the beach. And Brewsters central location makes it accessible to just about anywhere.
